Focus on that (thing). Generate the thought of illusion and dream. Then, visualize the white bindu as the white-bodied Chakrasamvara, holding the vajra and bell crossed at the heart. The red one becomes the red Vajravarahi, holding a curved knife and skull cup. Focus on the "khoro ro" of samsara. Think, "This is illusion, this is a dream." Finally, the consort merges into the consort, the consort dissolves into light and disappears, and in a non-conceptual state, fall asleep and dream. Second, grasping the non-conceptual: Say that this space, by its very nature, is pure, and that it is a temporary defilement to be removed. Visualize yourself clearly as Chakrasamvara, and on the lotus-moon disc in your heart, visualize Chakrasamvara fully present, radiating light, and think, "I have fallen asleep, this is in a dream." As you fall asleep, dissolve yourself into the Chakrasamvara in your heart, and then that also dissolves into light and disappears, and in a non-objective state, dream. Third, grasping the conceptual: The body in the dream is in a seated posture. The time is from dawn until before sunrise. The cause of the dream is the syllable "HAM" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: हं). The key to the dream is the throat, so visualize a white, radiant syllable "HAM" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: हं) in your throat. The nature of the dream is the conceptualization between falling asleep and not falling asleep, so after falling asleep, before the gross dream arises, hold onto the faint arising of conceptual thoughts about people, etc., with mindfulness, and without opening your eyes, recognize, "This is in a dream," and it is impossible not to grasp the dream. If you still cannot grasp the dream, then visualize a white Vajra Nairatmya, holding a curved knife and skull cup, on top of the brain inside the skull on your crown, as if floating in the sky. It is impossible not to grasp the dream with that. If you do this regularly, there will be great obstacles, so stop. Second, there are four ways to train in dream yoga: training the mind with the body, training the body with the mind, training with Nairatmya, and training with intention. First, training the mind with the body: Visualize yourself as white Chakrasamvara, holding a vajra and bell. Think, "This seems to be in a dream, how should I train in dream yoga?" Then, like throwing yourself off a cliff, visualize yourself dissolving into light and disappearing. Second, training the body with the mind: Visualize yourself clearly as Chakrasamvara, with

Meditate on each blue Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable. Through its light, transform your own body into the clear, empty, and ungrasping state of the Mahāmudrā deity. Third, purify with the Selfless Mother: Visualize yourself as manifest as Chakrasamvara, and within the jewel, visualize a white Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable with its head pointing downwards. Focus on this, thinking, "This is a dream," and verbally recite Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). When the Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable turns its head upwards, Vajra Nairatmya, with a white body, holding a curved knife and skull cup, enters the body, experiencing bliss, gradually dissolving into light. The entire body is filled with white light, eventually vanishing, and remaining in the state of Mahāmudrā. Fourth, purify with intention: Whatever is seen, whether coarse or subtle external environment or internal beings, think that it is in a dream. Then, practice dissolving your own body back and forth. Third, the expansion of dreams is divided into two types: expanding in encounters and expanding according to what is to be subdued. The first is to focus on the earth mandala, thinking, "This is in a dream, and the appearances in the dream can be expanded at will." Then, expand from one to ten, from ten to a hundred, from a hundred to a thousand, from a thousand to ten thousand. From ten thousand to a hundred thousand, and so on, expand as much as the mind can encompass, until the order is reversed, visualizing it filling the entire space. After that, expand the water mandala as before. Then the fire mandala, and finally the wind mandala, expand as above. Similarly, whatever is seen, whether coarse or subtle of the four elements or sentient beings, think that it is in a dream, and expand as above. The second is expanding according to what is to be subdued, which is divided into two types: worldly subduing and transcendent subduing. The first is to expand the opponent into many like insects, and transform oneself into many birds to eat them, thereby subduing them. For those like birds, transform oneself into a hawk to subdue them. For dogs, become wolves; for wolves, become tigers; for tigers, become lions; for humans, become rakshasas, and so on. Transform oneself into the enemy of the opponent and subdue them by killing, binding, beating, and so on. The second is: for an opponent like a nāga, transform oneself into a garuda; for a Bekar, transform oneself into Hayagriva; for nāga demons and nāga spirits, transform oneself into Manjushri Jñanasattva; for yakshas and rakshasas, transform oneself into Vajrapani Wrathful, and so on, transforming into wrathful deities who are considered the nemesis of those demons.
