The Twelfth Volume of Instructions: The Quintessence of the Instructions on the Six Dharmas of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. The Twelfth Volume of Instructions. The Quintessence of the Instructions on the Six Dharmas of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. Herein lies the Quintessence of the Instructions on the Six Dharmas of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. Namo Lokeshvaraya. That which is beyond expression, spontaneously accomplished, uncreated, Union, great bliss, the Sambhogakaya appears, taming whatever is to be tamed. Possessing the three kayas and seven qualities, Vajradhara and others, Lord, with your wisdom, look upon us, kind lamas. With loving hearts, consider us, hosts of yidam deities. Inseparably protect us, Three Jewels. Remove obstacles and accomplish favorable conditions, hosts of dakinis and dharma protectors. Tangtong Gyalpo. The madman of the empty valley. The essence-taker of whatever food appears. The equanimous one of whatever circumstances arise, I have gathered the essence of all the teachings of the Great Vehicle into one place. Now, in order to explain this extraordinary instruction of the oral transmission of the wisdom dakini Niguma, there are two aspects: the individual who is the basis for practice, and the actual practice. The first is that one must have received the four empowerments in the mandala of the five tantras or Chakrasamvara, and possess vows, faith, and diligence. Furthermore, one must have generated in one's being the preliminary teachings such as impermanence of death, the law of karma, and the faults of samsara. As it is said in the vajra verses of Niguma: "Having been matured by the four empowerments, possessing faith and diligence, Impermanence, renunciation, the faults of the preliminary practices, Whoever strives on this supreme path, Will become a Buddha in six months or in this lifetime." Thus it is said. Secondly, the actual practice has two parts: preliminary and main practice. The first is the preliminary practice: In the sky in front, on top of a precious throne supported by eight lions, from bam (བྃ་) arises a lotus stalk with a thousand petals. On top of that, from ram (རཾ་) arises a sun mandala with a hundred thousand rays. On top of that, from a (ཨ་) arises a moon mandala equal in size to the three thousand worlds. On top of that, on various cushions such as silk, the essence is the root guru, the form is the great Buddha Vajradhara, body color blue, one face, two arms. The right hand holds a

Holding a curved knife in the right hand and a bell in the left, crossed at the chest. Seated in the vajra posture with both legs crossed. The body is naked, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels. With a smiling face. Possessing three eyes. Hair is loose, covering up to the waist. Merely seeing the body purifies sins and obscurations, merely hearing the voice will surely place one on the irreversible ground. Contemplate appearances as devoid of inherent existence. In front of that, contemplate that oneself and all sentient beings take refuge from the depths of the central channel of the heart. May all mother sentient beings, equal to space, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the Lama. I take refuge in the Buddha. I take refuge in the Dharma. I take refuge in the Sangha. I take refuge in the Yidam. (Note: Check one version, this content is here.) Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, etc. Then, may all mother sentient beings, equal to space, have happiness and the causes of happiness. May they be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May they never be separated from the happiness that is without suffering. May they be free from attachment and aversion, near and far, and abide in equanimity. Thus, meditate on the four immeasurables. Then, for the benefit of all sentient beings, may I attain the state of Buddhahood. For that purpose, may my body, speech, and mind enter into the order of virtuous actions. Thus, generate the mind of enlightenment. Then, supplicate the Lama: I supplicate the Great Vajradhara Buddha. I supplicate the Dakini Niguma. I supplicate the Siddha Kyungpo Naljor. I supplicate Mokchok Rinchen Tsondu. I supplicate the Unequaled Jyekangpa Chenpo. I supplicate the Lama Sangye Nyenton. I supplicate the Dharma Lord Sangye Tonpa. I supplicate the Scholar-Siddha Shangton Chöje. I supplicate the Victorious Musa Chenpo. I supplicate the Lama Dorje Shönnu. I supplicate the Named Namkhai Naljor. I supplicate the Bodhisattva Jinpa Zangpo. I supplicate the Siddha Tsondu Zangpo. Please bless the skillful path of bliss and warmth to self-ignite. Please bless the illusory body to self-liberate from attachment and aversion. Please bless dreams and delusions to self-purify. Please bless clear light to self-liberate from ignorance. Please bless transference to become Buddha without meditation. Please bless the bardo to transform into the Sambhogakaya Buddha. Or, supplicate intensely with any verses. Second, the main practice has six: the skillful path of bliss and warmth self-igniting, the illusory body
