If one dies without realizing the true meaning, there is nowhere to go but to any of the six cities of the six realms. No matter where one is born among them, one only experiences suffering and never has a moment of happiness, so one should think, 'It is not at all pleasant!' Meditate until a genuine, unfeigned desire to attain Buddhahood arises. Repeatedly meditate on the thought: 'Ah, all of this is a dream, an illusion.' Then, on the lotus born from "पཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: प, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bang) and the moon seat born from "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). From "ཧཱུྃ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) light radiates, offering to the noble ones, benefiting sentient beings, the light returns and dissolves, and from that, visualize oneself as Chakrasamvara, with a white body. Holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels. Appearing as if formed into a shape, but not actually existing as a tangible form. Appearing but without inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror. These aspects of the deity, such as body color, hand gestures, ornaments, attire, posture, are all created by one's own mind and do not exist externally. Therefore, think: 'Such an appearance is just an appearance, not real, it is a dream, an illusion.' Furthermore, whatever appears in the realm of the mind, whether it is the outer world, beings, near or far, like or dislike, do not interrupt it with idle chatter or other words. Verbally say, 'It is an illusion, it is a dream,' and in your mind, do not lose the thought of illusion and dream. The two instructions of visualizing one's own body as the deity, empty of inherent existence, and taking whatever appears as illusion, are both included here. As it says in the Sutra Requested by the Youth Rabnang: 'All phenomena are like illusions and dreams. Whoever speaks, remembers, and thinks of this, will be liberated from the bonds of existence and will surely attain enlightenment in this very life.' It is said. If one does not generate some experience of these, then one has become an inferior being. Third, when an inferior being generates samadhi on a single seat, first perform the preliminaries as before. Below the navel, where one visualizes oneself as Chakrasamvara, visualize the Dharma-source (chos 'byung) upwards in order: black, yellow, reddish-green, reddish-black, red, white. Within these colors, visualize in order: hell beings, hungry ghosts, animals, humans, asuras, and gods. Focus your mind single-pointedly on this, thinking that all of this is an illusion, is a dream.

Thinking thus in the mind and speaking thus in words. When all appearances have become unreal illusions, before the warmth of the bed has faded, meditate in a single-pointed state. Furthermore, whatever harm arises from illnesses and evil spirits, or whatever appearances of happiness and joy, say and think, "It is an illusion, it is a dream." Thus, the six realms appear as illusions, illnesses and evil spirits are taken as the path of illusion, the qualities of appearance become the six aggregates, and unattached illusions arise naturally, all of which arise from this alone. One knows through meditation. In short, within a Dharma source that is white on the outside and red on the inside, meditate on the six realms, and think as before, the qualities of self-arising illusion will arise. These are what Niguma said: Illusory body is unreal, the three faculties of superior, middling, and inferior. Inseparable devotion, whatever appears to one's own body, appearance and emptiness without attachment, take the deity's body as the path. Attachment and aversion are self-liberated, and one attains the fourteen bhumis. This is the practical instruction she spoke. Again, Niguma said: Whoever completely abandons all thoughts, and is inseparable from the key point of dreams and aspirations, confusion is self-purified, and the qualities of the illusory path arise naturally day and night. This is the oral transmission of dreams, confusion is self-purified, with six points: taking dreams, purifying dreams, increasing dreams, transforming dreams, transmuting dreams, and viewing the appearance of objects. First, taking dreams has two parts: preliminaries and the main practice. First, the preliminaries are the same as the other preliminaries, but the Guru Yoga is: On the crown of one's head, on a lotus and moon seat, the root guru, the Great Vajradhara Buddha, with a red body, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, visualizing the ornaments and attire as before. Pray, "Guru Rinpoche, bless me to seize dreams, to master dreams, to increase dreams, to transform dreams, to transmute dreams, to view the appearance of objects." Pray, "Grant me the complete four empowerments." After praying thus, from the OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) on the guru's forehead, a white OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) arises, dissolving into one's own forehead, obtaining the vase empowerment, purifying the defilements of the body, and having the power to meditate on the path of the generation stage. From the AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) on the guru's throat, a red AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) arises, dissolving into one's own throat, purifying the obscurations of speech, and obtaining the secret empowerment.
