No. If a dream occurs after the luminosity, it is a friend. The self-arising of the deity image, it is said to come from there. During the "Spo" ritual, it is considered crucial to practice wind meditation. The actual object of focus is: in the heart, at the center of a four-petaled blue lotus nadi chakra, there is a blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable). On the four petals, clearly visualize the four Anuttaras. Everything is blue. Focus the mind on Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable). Recognize awareness and emptiness. Again, from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable), light radiates and strikes the four letters. The light flickers. From that light radiating, one's own body also flickers with light. From that light radiating, all appearances become flickering light. Again, focusing the mind on Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable), cultivate awareness and emptiness, etc., repeating this several times. All appearances dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Again, focus the mind on Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable). One's own body dissolves into light and merges into the five letters. Again, focus the mind on Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable). The lotus and the four letters also merge into Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable). Focus the mind on this. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable) also disappears like a rainbow, and in this state, remain awake and balanced. When sleeping at night, fall asleep while focusing the mind on Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ, seed syllable). If one can do these, one will likely master most of it. If one cannot master it, on the night of the seventh day, perform the torma offering as before, and it is said to hide a complete, auspiciously marked skull under the pillow, which is a secret instruction. Generally, that is not contradictory either. The meaning is that if one can find two auspiciously marked skulls, that is best; if not, use one. If one cannot find even one, use two flawless precious containers, and prepare tormas with nine good foods. If possible, decorate with a little meat. After blessing both, invite guests and say, "Once luminosity is realized, this will be offered as gratitude," then cover it with silk and hide it. The other torma should be offered and not thrown outside the practice room, but left there. The torma held as collateral should be placed on one's pillow side. During the torma offering, burn gugul and a large amount of fat. When one is sleeping, have a friend with vows and experience observe whether luminosity has been realized or not, etc., although similar to the general understanding, it is difficult to achieve due to many reasons, so do not practice it. It is said that from then on, it is very important not to let anyone see the torma and samaya substances, and to do it alone. When luminosity is realized, the torma held as collateral

Then also, in the morning, offer it as a gesture of gratitude. However, instead of sending it away immediately, for three to seven days, each night, nourish and offer the same torma. Finally, at dawn, send it to the rooftop, cemetery, or mountaintop. Once you have grasped the clear light once, strictly demarcate from the previous continuation, and meditate with intense focus and aspiration flowing, you will be able to grasp it continuously. If you maintain that for a month or two, you will gain some stability, and then, except for times when the elements of the body are disturbed or altered by factors such as defilements, you will definitely grasp the clear light about once each night. For those who do not have much experience of bliss and clarity, merely grasping the clear light through mindfulness will happen again and again, and you will be able to maintain it for a long time. For all those with deep sleep, if you want to always grasp the clear light, you must habituate yourself for a very long time and meditate single-pointedly. Furthermore, merely the clear light of clarity and emptiness is a common virtuous practice, while the clear light of indivisible bliss and emptiness is the real essence. In the common state of both dream and clear light, if you do not fall asleep with a firm focus, visualize rays of light like mist emanating from the black "Hum" (Tibetan: མུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in your heart, and repeatedly visualize it pervading the inside and outside of your body. Consume nutritious food, and eliminate disturbances by arranging proper rest. Once you grasp dream and clear light, like emerging from water, suddenly wake up, and then eliminate disturbances by focusing your attention on the center of the lower part of your body. Furthermore, during the day, repeatedly meditate on the same focus, and think that you will repeatedly meditate like this during sleep as well. Do not be agitated, but remain relaxed. If, when grasping dream clear light at night, you are too worried about waking up, you will wake up, so it is very important to do it relaxedly. Therefore, waking scattering is the name for always waking up immediately after grasping a dream and after grasping clear light. If this happens, eliminate it with the same method. Even if you continuously practice focus and aspiration, there is no time when you grasp dream and clear light, and it feels like you have not meditated, here it is called confused scattering. In other instructions such as the Five Stages of Completion, it is known as repetitive scattering. If you become confused immediately after grasping a dream, it is said that the power of confused scattering according to this instruction is weak. Na
