The Twelfth Volume of the Damngak Dzö. Supplement to the Mother Manual of the Profound Path, the Six Dharmas of Niguma. The Twelfth Volume of the Damngak Dzö. Supplement to the Mother Manual of the Profound Path, the Six Dharmas of Niguma. Supplement to the Mother Manual of the Profound Path, the Six Dharmas of Niguma. Here ends. Namo Guru. Homage to the Guru.) The oral instructions of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. The Six Dharmas, the Single Seat, and the extensive oral instructions are available. The Rosary of Precious Light, the Rosary of Immaculate Light, the Ocean of Experience and Qualities, and the Illusory Body, the Single Seat. There are four profound instructions for blending. Thus, these six sections are essential for those who practice the Six Dharmas. So it is. The essence of the profound path, the Six Dharmas, condensed into a single seat, is this. It consists of two parts: the preliminary practices and the main practice. The first part has two aspects: common and uncommon. The first, the common one, consists of taking refuge and generating bodhicitta. The second consists of the purifying A-tummo and the Guru Yoga. Thus, the three, refuge, bodhicitta, purification, and emptiness, are similar to the extensive written instructions in general. However, the Guru of the refuge object is not condensed but retained. After generating bodhicitta, one makes the prayer of emptiness and dissolves it into oneself. Then, one meditates on emptiness. The second, the Guru Yoga, is as follows: In the sky in front of oneself, on top of a complete four-cushion seat, one meditates only on the actual body of the Guru. One meditates that the Guru is already established as the embodiment of all refuge objects, so there is no need for elaborations of visualization such as dissolving back from that side. With intense longing of devotion, one prays to the precious Guru, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times: For the sake of all sentient beings, please grant that I abandon self-grasping. Please grant that the unnecessary (realization) arises in my mindstream. Please grant that I master the illusory body and dreams. Please grant that I attain the supreme accomplishment of the clear light Mahamudra quickly and immediately in this very seat. One should pray intensely with only these words. In this, it is sufficient to place all sentient beings in one's heart. There is no need to visualize the six classes of beings actually praying. Finally, one rests for a short while in the state of the Guru dissolving into light and merging into oneself. If one wishes to meditate on the main practice of tummo, then the body

The key points are similar to the seven aspects of the Abhisamayalankara. Look straight ahead, with the palms of your hands pressing on your knees. Meditate on yourself as Vajravarahi, with your body and posture in accordance. The inside of your body is empty and hollow. In the center of your body, the central channel has four characteristics, with length and so on being the same as usual. Within it, four fingers below the navel, visualize the red-black seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, fire), about the size of a pea. At the navel, on top of a sun disc the size of a small lentil, visualize the reddish-yellow seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad), about the length of a finger, very thin. Generate the thought that this is the essence of your root guru, and pray with devotion and reverence. Then, at the crown of your head, visualize the white seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized Sanskrit ham, emptiness), with your head looking downwards. In the sky above, visualize your root guru, with a white complexion, a smiling face, and blazing with splendor. At the beginning of the session, exhale nine times in nine breaths. Then, vigorously practice the fourfold kumbhaka breath control. The visualization is as follows: the breath enters the central channel from the lower end, blowing on the seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, fire). From this, red-black flames blaze four fingers high. The essence of the fire stimulates the seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad) at the navel. From the seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad), reddish-yellow flames blaze fiercely. The seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized Sanskrit ham, emptiness) at the crown of the head melts slightly. The flames emerge from the Brahma aperture and blaze extensively. From the tips of the flames, emanate various offerings. Visualize pleasing the guru with the four complete offerings. From the light of the flames, offer the bliss-warmth offering. Visualize that the guru, the essence of all Buddhas combined, also dissolves into the nectar of bodhicitta. Return together with the flames, entering through the Brahma aperture. The nectar merges with the seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized Sanskrit ham, emptiness) at the crown of the head. The stream of bindus descends gradually. Reaching the throat, one obtains the joy of the vase empowerment. Reaching the heart, one obtains the supreme joy of the secret empowerment. Dissolving into the seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad) at the navel, one obtains the special joy of the wisdom empowerment. From this, as the nectar descends and dissolves into the lotus, one obtains the innate and fourth empowerment. Remember this. Then, visualize the burning, dripping, combing of hair, tangling, etc., as usual. The difference is that the flames of the seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, fire) and the flames of the seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad) merge into one and blaze, and the bindu of the seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized Sanskrit ham, emptiness) also passes through the seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad) and dissolves into the seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, fire), this is the difference. This is tummo yoga as food to be eaten, the tummo yoga of the blessing guru, and receiving the empowerment of existence, all three are focused on one goal, which is burning, and the bindu of the seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized Sanskrit ham, emptiness) also passes through the seed syllable ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan, Devanagari a shad, Romanized Sanskrit a shad, A shad) and dissolves into the seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, fire), this is the difference. This is because tummo yoga is eaten as food, the key is very important. Also, this tummo yoga burns.
