Meditate for a few days. Then, expand the central channel (Uma) to the thickness of an arm and contract it to the thickness of a whip, meditate for a few days. Then, expand it to the thickness of an arrow shaft and contract it to the thickness of an arm, meditate for a few days. Then, expand it to be as large as the body and contract it to the thickness of an arrow shaft, meditate for a few days. Meditate on gentle wind for all of these. Then, in order to make the central channel subservient to the mind, expand it infinitely and learn to contract it to be as large as the body. This is called vase-like fierce wind. Then, when expanding the central channel outwards, it is as vast as the sky. When contracting inwards, focus on it becoming as thin as a horse's tail. This is called combining the winds, practicing with calmness and fierceness without certainty. If you meditate on this at the beginning, obstacles of the channels and winds will not arise. If you meditate in the middle, even if you focus on the object, it is a method for the wind and mind to enter the central channel. If you meditate at the end, clear light without beginning or end will appear like the sky. It is said that meditating on the channels will bring about the realization of emptiness. However, for a while, only the experience of emptiness will appear. In the time of self-liberation of obstacles. In the time of clearing the obstacles of lower Kundalini. Finally, it is said to clear with focus and trulkhor. First, take a breath. Then, visualize at your secret place, at the location of the wheel of bliss, a red ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), with its head pointing inwards and its feet pointing outwards. Also, visualize a red eight-petaled lotus, with the stem of the lotus inside the vajra channel and the blooming petals outside the jewel aperture. Visualize the root of the lotus, like an iron hook, connected to the foot of the ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Visualize the central channel in the middle of the body as being very open. Assume the four fish king posture. Press the abdomen against the spine. Turn the tongue to the back of the mouth. Fix the eyes on the crown of the head. Make the crown of the head mudra with the hands, reversing the head and tail on the crown of the head. Utter a fierce and long ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) sound from the mouth. The focus is that when the secret ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) rises upwards with great force, its foot hook pulls up from the root of the lotus, causing the lotus to not fit in the vajra aperture, like turning the vajra intestines inside out. Then, the ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) pulls upwards, passing through the path of the central channel. Visualize the ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and the jewel, turned inside out, standing far away on top of the crown of the head. During this time, hold the breath. If you meditate on this repeatedly, whether leaking due to fullness, leaking due to desire, leaking due to illness, or leaking in dreams, it is highly praised.

Sa. In general, all six leakages should be cut off. However, for leakages caused by breaking vows, confession and restraint are necessary; for leakages caused by defilement, a bathing ritual is necessary; and for both, a tsok and torma offering are said to be essential. When training in dream yoga, train by relying on the selflessness mother; when appearances arise, rely on the selflessness mother; and when holding onto luminosity, rely on the selflessness mother. For these, if you make the selflessness mother herself the yidam, that is sufficient. If not, then in a single instant, generate yourself as the selflessness mother and recite: Om Ah Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om a svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡 啊 梭哈). Strive to recite this for one, two, or three weeks. Adorn a small torma cake with meat and alcohol. Consecrate it with the three seed syllables: Om A Ah I I Ri Ri Li Li E Ai O Au Am Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཨཱ་ཨི་ཨཱི་རྀ་རཱྀ་ལྀ་ལཱྀ་ཨེ་ཨཻ་ཨོ་ཨཽ་ཨཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om a ā i ī ṛ rī ḷ ḹ e ai o au aṃ svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡 啊 阿 伊 伊 日 日 力 力 诶 艾 哦 奥 昂 梭哈). Recite this seven times and offer it. Do not leave that small torma until the next day. Having done this beforehand, even when meditating on the actual visualization, the visualization of the deity and the offering of the torma must not be interrupted. Recite the mantra about a thousand times into a vase of water. Use it to bathe during the day and also before going to bed. In particular, reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra and washing your hands and mouth are also important. Doing so is said to sharpen and quicken these visualizations because it is the power of the dakini's blessing. Regarding luminosity, Jyakchen explained the selflessness mother as white. In general, it is said that it does not matter whether you do white or blue. The lineage of practice has always been that of the Early Translation School. The essence of cutting off extremes: During the dream state, for waking extremes, visualize a four-petaled chakra at the throat and heart. The color corresponds to the general color of the body. At the heart is a red Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and at the throat is a red Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). From the Om, a red thread of light emerges, wraps around the Hum at the heart three times, then stretches and spins, with the remainder returning upwards. Imagine the end of the thread sticking to the Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) at the throat. Focus on the Hum and fall asleep, thereby eliminating waking extremes. For deluded extremes, the throat is as before, and at the center of the four-petaled chakra at the crown of the head, visualize a white Ham (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:含) with its head pointing downwards. Again, a thread of light emerges from the Om, wraps around the Ham at the crown of the head three times, then returns, with the end of the thread sticking to the Om at the throat. Focus on the Ham at the crown of the head, thereby eliminating deluded extremes. It is said that as soon as you grasp this, you will immediately eliminate delusion. For deluded extremes that you cannot grasp from the beginning, during the stage of conceptual path-taking.
