It is only the oral tradition of doing so. In the case of the path of means and luminosity, it is said in all the old documents that all bodies are meditated as being pervaded by the central channel. However, it is said that it is not very helpful for the initial practitioners, so it is not placed in the length of the instructions. Sixth, the intermediate state Victorious One Sambhogakaya has four aspects: First, the luminosity Dharmakaya of the first intermediate state self-arises; Second, the Victorious One Sambhogakaya self-arises; Third, the Nirmanakaya unobstructed self-arises. In general, this is the key instruction without error, and there are four sections. The first of these is: the upper transference is the same as being without the object of transference, the act of transference, and the agent of transference. That is, the so-called first intermediate state is the wisdom of the union of luminosity mother and child, the mind of death abides in the bliss-emptiness luminosity and transforms, and that is the first intermediate state. Therefore, it is called the death Dharmakaya. After waking up from that, for ordinary people, as a substitute for the arising of the intermediate state, an illusory body like a deity arises spontaneously, and that is called the self-arisen luminosity. It is the understanding of self-arising from luminosity. That is, while awake, bliss-emptiness and the deity's body are continuous. All deep sleep turns into luminosity. The use of dreams is also inexhaustible, and for those who have pure visions of the deity's body self-arising, this luminosity Dharmakaya of the first intermediate state will arise. There is no separate object of focus for this. If you want to explain the classification of these in detail at this time, you can do one or two dharma sessions, etc., as appropriate. Second, the intermediate Victorious One Sambhogakaya self-arises: starting from something similar to the preliminary stage of the illusory body descending, ending with "Please grant me to attain the intermediate state Sambhogakaya." After the lama merges into oneself, looking at oneself and all appearances, one should also strongly practice the intention of thinking that it is the actual intermediate state of existence. One should also strongly remember the suffering of the six realms of samsara and the faults of attachment, hatred, and afflictions, and feel aversion. In this intermediate state moment, if one is confused, the degree of confusion will be great, because even a single thought of attachment and hatred can throw you into hell in an instant. If one practices the path, the degree of liberation will also be great. Now, at this time, even practicing for a moment here will be more effective and decisive than practicing for years and months. Now, one must not be controlled by afflictions, and one must do something that is not confusing. Thinking that one should practice the Victorious One Sambhogakaya given by the lama. From the state of emptiness, one's own

Meditate on a blue Dharma-udbhava (chos 'byung), with a slender root and its pistil pointing upwards. For those who have not realized their own nature, it resides in the mother's womb. For those who have realized it, think that it is the Akaniṣṭha Pure Land. Then, go to the center of it. Your own mind transforms into a large, blue, blazing syllable Hūṃ. From it, light radiates and strikes the Dharma-udbhava, purifying all karmic debts and habitual tendencies of past womb births, purifying all actions of present womb births, and blocking the door to future births. Simultaneously, think that the habitual tendencies of the other three birth places (egg-born, moisture-born, and transformation-born) are also naturally purified. Thinking, "This is the bardo!", the Hūṃ completely dissolves, and instantly meditate on yourself as the Coemergent Chakrasamvara. Thinking, "This is the bardo!", meditate on the guru above the complete four seats on the crown of your head. Pray that you may attain the Sambhogakaya during this bardo. Pray with one-pointedness. During all times of meditating on this visualization, it is crucial to maintain the continuous intention of thinking, "This is the bardo." This is the fifty-fourth visualization instruction. The third, the ultimate, unceasing Nirmāṇakāya self-arising: Having completely meditated on the previous visualization, add this on top of it. Thinking, "I must transform all these bardo appearances," and thinking, "All appearing forms must be transformed into the body of Chakrasamvara," instantly, everything becomes Heruka father and mother. Thinking, "All sounds must be transformed into a single sound like the seven-syllable mantra," instantly, the mantra resounds. During the day, strongly meditate that all happiness, suffering, attachment, hatred, and all objects of thought and ideation are like illusions, like dreams. When a dream arises, simply remembering these three transformations will cause all afflictions and suffering to be self-liberated. The fourth, the unerring general key point: At this time, most lamas say this: "Here, 'the very lowest of the lowest faculties' refers to the unerring general key point, taking into account the practice of those with inferior faculties." On top of meditating solely on the complete visualization of the unceasing Nirmāṇakāya just described, they only add these contents. In reality, these three subsequent bardo visualizations are not three independent practices, but rather adding the later visualizations onto the earlier ones. That is what they say. From one perspective,
