I, even when visualizing the actual body, visualize the body with fair skin, emitting white light, a gentle smile on the face, and eyes that are calm and peaceful. The size of the body, if large, is about four fingers in height, and if small, about the size of a thumb. Visualize it as appropriate in between. At its heart, visualize a bindu with a white and slightly red glow, or you can visualize it as pure white. The size should also be measured according to the size of the guru's body. If you visualize the body as about four fingers in height, then the bindu is about the size of a pea. If you visualize the body as about the size of a thumb, then the bindu is about the size of a small bean. This also applies to intermediate sizes. In any case, focus on the radiating bindu at the guru's heart and remain slightly still. Light radiates from the bindu at the heart, the body becomes clear and bright, filling everything. The mindstream is filled with bliss, and light emanates from all parts of the body. The inside of one's own body is filled with clarity and brightness. Light radiates from the pores of one's own skin, and visualize all appearances as being filled with clarity and brightness. Focus on the bindu at the guru's heart for a while, and then repeatedly practice the visualization of radiating light. When sleeping, focus on the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) at the guru's heart and sleep. The other methods of visualization are the same as before. This is the forty-fifth contemplation. This is the main basis for the visualization of seizing the clear light. The reason is that the heart chakra is also the main place where the illusion of deep sleep arises. If you practice the path by focusing on this point, then it is also the main place where the clear light, which is the antidote to that illusion, arises. If one thinks that the other two (chakras) can also achieve the same effect, then there is no certainty in this kind of statement. Generally, the strongest place for the clear light to arise in deep sleep is the heart chakra, but sometimes it is difficult for the prana to enter that place initially. If you focus on another point in the central channel, then an experience of clear light where the prana is gathered will arise immediately. If you practice this repeatedly, then simply by guiding and slightly changing your intention, you can effortlessly achieve the clear light of prana and mind gathering in the heart chakra. This method can also be applied to dreams and other situations. Therefore, one should diligently practice whichever of these three visualizations of seizing the clear light one finds easy, until it produces results. No matter who

It is not necessary to meditate on all three. Secondly, regarding the path of clear light, it is divided into two sections: taking the three bodies as the path during the day and the spontaneous arising of the three bodies at night. However, the goal of practice is only one, which is taking the three bodies as the path during the day. Furthermore, this is very important for the practice during session breaks. In the context of the illusory body, it serves as a substitute for explaining the combination of three aspirations. Just as it was previously said that impermanence and renunciation are the root, and supplication is the cause for the arising of flowers, similarly, during the session breaks of clear light, impermanence and devotion to the guru are needed, as previously explained in the context of the illusory body. In the illusory body and dreams, the aspiration for illusion and dreams is necessary. Here, the way of establishing the path of the three bodies is what is needed. The instruction manual of Samdingpa says: There is no clear explanation of session breaks. Like entrusting the mind to the great reed "A," one should maintain a balance of tension and relaxation. The meaning of this is that in the emptiness of the letter "A," although the mind wanders, one should not let it wander too much, and one should meditate in all post-meditation and meditation states. Therefore, it means that one should meditate both during sessions and between sessions. In general, the way of establishing during sessions is the same, but the method of practicing during sessions has already been explained separately, so here it is only focused on session breaks. That is to say, whether I am eating, walking, sleeping, or sitting, in all activities, I should think of remembering this path of the three bodies, repeatedly generating such aspiration, and when doing anything like walking, I should entrust my mind to whatever arises, relax the awareness, and just recognize my own face. At that time, the way of looking with the eyes should also be slightly relaxed. That is to say, although it is initially during session breaks, it will come immediately with just relying on mindfulness during leisure time. Then, gradually integrate it into all busy activities. That is to say, when various appearances arise, the clarity on top of that is the clear emanation body, looking slightly at one's own face, which is nothing at all, that is the empty dharma body, not making any modifications to the arising of various appearances, and without any grasping, just the state of clear awareness, on top of that, the essence is inseparable, appearing as one, that is self-knowing, self-illuminating, perfect enjoyment body path. In that case, initially
