For the purpose of requesting the actual empowerment, visualize in front of you, in a skull cup that is white on the outside and red on the inside, wide and vast, offering your own body as the five meats and five nectars. Also, visualize offering this three-thousandfold world filled with gold as a mandala, and recite this phrase. Please grant the vase empowerment, please infuse the blessing of the body. After saying this, from the Lama's body and the moon seat, a white stream of wisdom nectar arises and dissolves into your own crown, thereby purifying the sins and obscurations of the body. The blessing of the body is infused. Visualize that you have obtained the vase empowerment and the Nirmanakaya. Perform the hand drum and bell. Again, as before, offer the body transformed into nectar in the skull cup... Offer the golden mandala... Recite this phrase. Please grant the secret empowerment, please grant the blessing of speech. After making this request, light radiates from the Lama's throat. Invite the nectar of speech of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, which dissolves into the throat, and from his throat also arises red and white nectar, reaching the tip of your tongue, thereby purifying the sins and obscurations of speech.
