Holding a bell that has been shaken, sitting in the vajra posture, wearing a tiger skin lower garment and a garland of skulls, adorned with six bone ornaments. United with the consort Ratnasambhava, who is yellow and holds a curved knife and skull cup. Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) at the forehead, Ah (ཨཱཿ，Devanagari: आः，Āḥ, seed syllable) at the throat, and Hum (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: हूँ，Hūṃ, seed syllable) at the heart. Light radiates from the heart of the master. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas transform into the form of Ratnasambhava and his consort, Vajra samājaḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，Vajra samājaḥ, Diamond assembly), Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Vajra aṃ kuśa jaḥ (ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛཿ，aṃ kuśa jaḥ, Diamond hook born) ... until Jaḥ (ཛཿ，Jaḥ, Summon), Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: हूँ，Hūṃ, seed syllable), Vaṃ (བཾ，Vaṃ, Bind), Hoḥ (ཧོཿ，Hoḥ, Rejoice), A (འ，A, Unborn). As before, the two and the non-dual merge. I beseech the Thus-gone Ones to grant me empowerment. Empower the empowerment substances with this. The body is filled, purifying all impurities, and the remaining nectar rises upwards. Ratnasambhava crowns him. Recite this many times and make offerings with flowers and so on. The jewel king is very profound, the non-conceptual sky is without stain, free from grasping at reality and without attachment. I prostrate and praise the jewel dakini. Praise with one verse and so on. Ratnasambhava and his consort are in union, and the nectar that flows from them transforms into a jewel crest. I beseech all the Thus-gone Ones to grant me empowerment. Adorn the hair knot with a crest, praised by all the Buddhas, grant the diadem of blazing jewels and the empowerment of melodious silk. Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Sarva tathāgata ratna abhiṣeka ta samaya śrī ye hūṃ (ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ，Sarva tathāgata ratna abhiṣeka ta samaya śrī ye hūṃ, All, Thus-gone, Jewel, Empowerment, That, Samaya, Glorious, Ye, Hūṃ). Add this mantra to the end of the heart mantra of the main deity, and finally add Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Vajra ratna abhiṣeka ta hūṃ (བཛྲ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ，Vajra ratna abhiṣeka ta hūṃ, Diamond, Jewel, Empowerment, That, Hūṃ) Surata stvaṃ ahaṃ (སུ་ར་ཏ་སྟྭཾ་ཨ་ཧཾ，Surata stvaṃ ahaṃ, Great bliss, You, I), Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Lāṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ hūṃ (ལཱཾ་མཱཾ་པཱཾ་ཏཱཾ་ཧཱུྃ，Lāṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ hūṃ, Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Space, Hūṃ), Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Vajra tuṣya ho (བཛྲ་ཏུ་ཥྱ་ཧོ，Vajra tuṣya ho, Diamond, Delight, Ho). Tie this, which is the crest empowerment. Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Sarva... until the water empowerment of Śrī ye hūṃ (ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ，Śrī ye hūṃ, Glorious, Ye, Hūṃ). From all the Buddhas filling the entire expanse of space, countless deities of the jewel family arise and merge into the disciple. Praise with Om (ༀ，Devanagari: ओम्，Oṃ, seed syllable) Vajra puṣpe (བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་སོགས་，Vajra puṣpe, Diamond, Flower) and Ratna king and so on. Thus, you have received the crest empowerment, the aggregate of feeling and the Victorious Ratnasambhava and the sky.
