Combine with the hook and skull cup. At the forehead, Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). At the throat, Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah). At the heart, Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). From the heart of the master, rays of light emanate. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas transform into the form of Akṣobhya (Immovable One) in union, Vajra Samājaḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Vajra (བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Aṃ (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Am) Kuśa Jaḥ (ཀུ་ཤ་ཛཿ). Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Vajra (བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Pāśa Hūṃ (པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུྃ). Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Vajra (བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Sphoṭa Vaṃ (སྥོ་ཊ་བཾ). Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Vajra (བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Ghaṇḍe Hoḥ (གྷཱཎྜེ་ཧོཿ). Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ). Both merge into one, indivisible. Again, from the heart of the master, rays of light emanate. The deities of empowerment, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, vidyādharīs, and the assembly of wrathful deities, Vajra Samājaḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Vajra (བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ (པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ). And so on, offer the five desirable objects. I beseech the Tathāgatas to bestow upon me this empowerment. Having prayed thus, Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Vajrī Bhava Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (བཛྲི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ). Thus, empower the objects of empowerment. The entire body is purified of defilements. From the remaining water that spills upwards, Akṣobhya adorns the crown. Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) Vajra (བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Dhṛk Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (དྷྲྀཀྲ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ). Recite this many times and offer flowers and so on. Akṣobhya is great wisdom. The Vajra realm is the great space. The three supreme Vajras, the three maṇḍalas. I prostrate and praise the Vajra Ḍākinī. And so on, praise with one śloka. Akṣobhya in union with his consort, the fluid that arises from melting becomes water. Contemplate that the deities residing in the sky, along with the maṇḍala, are being prayed to. Just as the Bodhi Vajra Buddha bestows the great offering, so too, for the sake of completely liberating me, may you bestow the Vajra of space upon me today. Pray thus three times. If the master has many different vases, then collect the water from the vases of each respective mantra into a vase or skull cup. If there is only one vase of victory, then hold it and recite: Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), possessing perfect abundance, like a mountain of gold. Lord of the three worlds, free from the three stains. The Buddha, with lotus blooming, possessing eyes like petals. This is the first auspicious sign of goodness in the world. The most excellent, immovable one manifested near it. Famous in the three worlds, worshipped by gods and humans. The sacred Dharma, pacifying beings. This is the second auspicious sign of goodness in the world. The sacred Saṅgha, possessing Dharma, rich in the auspiciousness of learning. A place worshipped by humans, gods, and asuras. The supreme of assemblies, knowing shame and embarrassment.
