Therefore, visualize the bindus above the navel chakra being moved upwards to any desired location such as the navel, heart, throat, or crown chakra, and do not allow them to drip downwards. Visualize the bindus pressing down on the fire, preventing it from burning upwards. If the dripping cannot be stopped, then visualize the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) of the crown chakra standing upright. Visualize all the bindus dissolving into the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable), and then the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) being carried by the tip of the flame's tongue, with the tip of the flame burning four finger-widths upwards from the crown chakra also having a 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). If the bliss diminishes, then drip the bindus downwards as before. The method of relying on the two chakras is: when the fire reaches the throat chakra, its light constantly strikes the short 'ཨ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: short A). The body is filled with bliss. The fire burns upwards, and the bindus drip downwards, visualize the white and red bodhicitta constantly arising. The burning and dripping of the kundali is: visualize the seventy-two thousand channels branching out from the central channel. Then, visualize the fire burning from the short 'ཨ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: short A), going upwards along the central channel, with all the channels filled with red flames, burning intensely, the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) melting, and the bindus also entering all the channels. Visualize the burning and dripping constantly occurring in each channel. There are two types of arising experiences: warmth and bliss. The first is: this wheel of rubbing wood and mother fire should be done. Clear the air passages with the nine-section wind method. Visualize your body as the innate Hevajra, and in the center of emptiness, visualize the three channels and four chakras. Visualize the seventy-two thousand blood-flowing channels branching out from the central channel, like arrows stuck into a torma. Visualize the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) syllable in the crown chakra of great bliss as the nature of bliss, and visualize the short 'ཨ་ཤད་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: short A) in the secret place of the protector of bliss as the nature of warmth. The body posture is a squatting posture with the legs crossed like eyes. Visualize that there are lines on the two big toes of the feet where the fire channels flow downwards, and hold them with your hands. Visualize the upper and lower winds causing the 'རཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable of fire) syllable to burn, with the fire entering from the foot channels, causing the short 'ཨ་ཤད་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: short A) to burn. Enter the central channel. Each channel branching out from the seventy-two thousand channels is also filled with flames, burning intensely. Visualize the bodhicitta dripping downwards, making a "ཤིག་ཤིག" sound. Visualize the burning and dripping, making a "དུཾ་འུར་འུང་" sound, and shake the left and right sides vigorously. When exhaling, break, shake, and exhale. The key point of the wind is to have four combinations. Afterwards, visualize your body becoming a flame, burning intensely. Food, clothing, etc., also become flames.

English

Blessings. Meditate that all appearances blaze like fire. Second, extracting the essence of bliss: Bindu union. Meditating on the bliss of above and below. Relying on the wisdom consort, etc. For details, see the extensive instructions on Tummo. Condensed practice: In front, the mind is clear. The body posture binds the six fire hearths. The wind yoga has four combinations. The mind essence is clear as the Coemergent Heruka, within the body like a blue silk tent, visualize the three channels and four chakras. At the crown, meditate on ཧཾ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Meditate on ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: अः आः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah ah, Literal meaning: Ah Ah) as before. The wind ignites fire from ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: अः आः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah ah, Literal meaning: Ah Ah). The heat of the fire causes the drop of the ཧཾ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable to melt and fall. Touching ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: अः आः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah ah, Literal meaning: Ah Ah), the flame goes downwards. Again, it burns even more from there, reaching the navel. The drop of the ཧཾ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable melts greatly, touching it and going down as if fleeing. Again, it burns even more from there. The flame reaches the heart chakra. It goes to the throat and crown chakras. The stream of the melting ཧཾ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable fills the throat chakra, causing the bliss of joy. Filling the heart chakra, it causes supreme joy. Filling the navel chakra, it causes joy beyond joy. Descending to the very tip of the secret place, one should remember the experience of coemergent joy. Thus, abiding in the Great Seal without leakage, one should recognize the filling of the navel, heart, throat, and crown chakras, from joy to coemergent joy. Introducing wind into luminosity: Having meditated thus, one engages in the Great Seal without attachment to bliss and warmth, and introduces awareness-wind into luminosity. The wind unites above and below, and the mind is slightly focused on ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: अः आः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah ah, Literal meaning: Ah Ah), and in a state beyond thought, one should look at the nature of bliss without distraction. Eliminating obstacles to channels, winds, and bindus: Conduct and eliminating obstacles. First: When practicing Tummo, one should not be too full or too hungry. One should not look directly at fire and the sun. One should avoid crossing water barefoot, mustard seeds, buckwheat, sour alcohol, rotten meat, onions, garlic, mountain garlic, fish, meat, etc. One should not do work that produces dust. At all times, one should maintain a straight posture. Whether eating, sleeping, or rising, one should exhale stale air. One should not wear clothes with insects, stains, or shadows. One should do physical exercises and black oil massage. Eliminating obstacles: Like the previous texts such as the Nectar Treasury for Eliminating Obstacles.
