Do not rest after each cycle of four such winds. Focus, the mind's focus, is of three types: fire focus, bindu focus, and merging wind into luminosity. First, clarify the channels, then meditate on fire focus. Regarding the channels, also clarify the three channels and clarify the four wheels. First, visualize the body as a deity, within the emptiness of the body and the emptiness of the channels, in the center is the upward channel, the central channel, possessing four qualities, its upper end inserted into the crown chakra, and its lower end inserted four fingers below the navel. To its right is the Roma channel, and to its left is the Kyangma channel, the upper ends of these two channels inserted into the two nostrils, going upwards to the crown of the head. Then bending downwards, almost entering the central channel below the navel, the junction of the three channels is like the buttocks of the letter "ཆ". When not meditating, it is yellow, when meditating, visualize it as red. Second, the four wheels are: the crown is the great bliss wheel, with thirty-two channel petals; the throat is the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen channel petals; the heart is the dharma wheel, with eight channel petals; the navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four channel petals. Meditate that these four wheels are closely arranged like the ribs of an overturned umbrella, the three channels are like the handle of the umbrella. When not meditating, it is yellow, when meditating, visualize it as red. When inhaling, the Roma and Kyangma channels become like sheep intestines inflated by blowing. When blowing into the lower end of the central channel, a "hissing" sound is produced. Focus on the three channels and four wheels all turning red. Meditating on fire focus is: the lower end of the three channels and four wheels is four fingers below the navel. At the junction of the three channels, visualize the essence of blood obtained from the mother, in the form of a red thorn, one finger in length. The tip is very thin, pointing downwards, the base is thick, pointing upwards, the tip is visualized as just entering the central channel. Within the central channel at the crown of the head, clearly visualize the white syllable "ཧཾ་" (Tibetan, हं, Haṃ, Seed Syllable). Then, inhaling, the wind enters from the two channels, Roma and Kyangma, when blowing on the short "ཨ་", the short "ཨ་" becomes the nature of fire, turning red, and visualize it as possessing heat, burning, and scorching qualities. When blowing on the red essence, the fire is about to blaze fiercely, at this time do not let the mind wander, but focus. Again, the upper and lower winds blow on the short "ཨ་", from the upper end of the short "ཨ་", a finger's length of fire burns within the central channel.

Then, the upward part of the A-thung becomes slender and long, like the shape of a barley grain, bulging in the middle and thin at the top and bottom. Meditate on the flame possessing four characteristics, as the nature of fire, having heat, burning, and strength, as the nature of wind, having movement, a sharp tip, and a red color. Again, meditate on the flame becoming longer, burning about four fingers high, with the flame touching the navel chakra's knot. Then, meditate on your own body as the Yidam, with the part below the waist becoming longer and going down under the earth. Meditate on the flame burning from the A-thung below the navel, sticking to the seat under the buttocks on the great golden earth, with the flame extending upwards in the central channel, becoming longer and longer, and the flame touching the heart chakra's knot. Then, again, meditate on the flame becoming longer and reaching the throat. For all of these, it is important to focus the mind on the A-shad (藏文:ཨ་ཤད་), the root of the fire, burning with the four characteristics of fire. There are two aspects to the meditation on Bindu: meditating on burning and dripping, and extracting essence. The first is divided into three: burning and dripping based on the four chakras, burning and dripping based on the two chakras, and the burning and dripping of Chandali. The first is: the fire is extremely hot, rising upwards in the central channel, burning all the impurities of the elements and reproduction of the heart and throat chakras. Then, the light of the fire strikes the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the crown chakra, the pure element Bodhicitta, the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable having the color of mercury, being about the size of a small bird's egg and grayish-white, meditate on it melting with the fire, about to drip. Similarly, when it melts with the fire and elongates, meditate on the shape of the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable with its head pointing downwards, about to drip. Then, due to the heat of the fire, the Bindu that is about to drip melts with the fire and elongates, meditate on all the petals of the crown chakra being filled with bright light. Again, a slender Bindu appears from the crown chakra, and the flame becomes short and round. The petals of the throat chakra are filled. The fire pushes upwards, and the Bindu presses downwards, meditate on even the pores being filled with Bindu, feeling a sense of bliss. Similarly, meditate on the petals of the heart and navel chakras as described above. Then, when the Bindu drips down from below the navel, the fire becomes shorter and merges with the A-shad (藏文:ཨ་ཤད་), meditate on the entire body from the crown to the soles of the feet being filled with white and red elements, the body having no head or tail, feeling a sense of bliss. If it is difficult to protect the Bindu and the temperature is low, then meditate on a four-finger-high flame burning from the A-thung, or burning between the heart and throat chakras, adjusting according to the experience of bliss.
