།མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མི་འདའ་བར་གསོལ་བ། བདག་གཞན་ཀུན་གྱིས་བསགས་པ་ཡི། །དུས་གསུམ་དགེ་བ་གཅིག་བསྡུས་ནས། །མར་གྱུར་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་པ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་ཐོབ་ཕྱིར་བསྔོ། །ཞེས་བསྔོ་བ་བྱས་ནས། མཐར་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་བླ་མ་ཉིད་ལ་བསྟིམ་སྟེ་སྤྱི་བོར་སྤྱན་དྲངས། རྗེ་མ་ལུས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་དག་པ་ཡི། །ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ། བླ་མ་དང་རང་གི་གནས་བཞིར་ཡི་གེ་བཞི་གསལ་བཏབ་ནས། བླ་མའི་དཔྲལ་བའི་ༀ་ལས་སྐུའི་བྱིན་རླབས་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་བྱུང་། རང་གི་དཔྲལ་བའི་ༀ་ལུས་ཀྱི་བདག་ ཉིད་ལ་ཞུགས་པས་སད་པའི་གནས་སྐབས་སྐྱེད་པའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས། །བུམ་དབང་ཐོབ། སྐུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྷག་བར་གནས་པར་བྱས། བླ་མའི་མགྲིན་པའི་ཨཱཿལས་གསུང་གི་བྱིན་རླབས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་བྱུང་། རང་གི་མགྲིན་པའི་ཨཱཿངག་གི་རང་བཞིན་ལ་ཞུགས། རྨི་ལམ་གྱི་གནས་སྐབས་སྐྱེད་པའི་དྲི་མ་སྦྱངས། གསང་བའི་དབང་ཐོབ། གསུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྷག་པར་གནས་པར་བྱས། བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཧཱུྃ་ལས་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་འོད་ཟེར་སྔོན་པོ་བྱུང་། རང་གི་སྙིང་གའི་ཧཱུྃ་ཡིད་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ལ་ཞུགས། གཉིད་སྟུག་གི་གནས་སྐབས་སྐྱེད་པའི་དྲི་མ་སྦྱངས། ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཐོབ། ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྷག་པར་གནས་པར་བྱས། དེ་ནས་བླ་མའི་ལྟེ་བའི་ཧོཿཡིག་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་འོད་ཟེར་ལྗང་གུ་བྱུང་། བདག་གི་ལྟེ་བའི་ཧོཿཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ལ་ཞུགས། བཞི་པའི་གནས་སྐབས་སྐྱེད་པའི་དྲི་མ་སྦྱངས། ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོའི་དབང་ཐོབ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྷག་པར་གནས་པར་བྱས། མཐར་བླ་མ་འོད་དུ་ཞུ། །བདག་ལ་ཆུ་དང་ཆུ་བསྲེས་པ་བཞིན། སེམས་མ་བཅོས་བར་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་ལ་ཡེངས་མེད་དུ་གཞག་གོ །དེ་བས་ལངས་ནས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདི་ལྟར་བསྔོ་སྟེ། བདག་གིས་བྱས་ཤིང་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཐུས། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཅིག་པའི་གསང་བ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའི་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་འགྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པས་སོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནང་སྒྲུབ་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་བསྙེན་པ་ནི། སྲུང་འཁོར། སྐྱབས་སེམས། རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་བསྒོམ་བཟླས་སྔར་བཞིན་དུ་བྱས་ལ། དེ་ནས་རང་གི་མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁར། གྱད་དང་སེང་གེ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བཏེག་པའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཁྲི་པདྨ་ཟླ་ཉི་སྒྲ་ གཅན་བདུད་བཞི་བརྩེགས་པའི་གདན་ལ། ཕུ

祈请不要进入涅槃，祈请不要从悲伤中解脱。我与他人所积累的，三世的一切善行，全部汇集起来，为了使成为母亲的一切众生，获得菩提心要而回向。这样回向之后，最终将积聚的福田融入上师自身，并在头顶祈请。向遍及一切、清净二障的尊者，如此等等地祈祷。在上师和自己的四个位置上，清晰地观想四个字。从上师额头的嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）中，生起身之加持的白色光芒。融入自己额头的嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），融入身体的自性，净化了产生清醒状态的障碍。获得宝瓶灌顶。使身金刚更加稳固。从上师喉间的阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）中，生起语之加持的红色光芒。融入自己喉间的阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），融入语言的自性。净化了产生梦境状态的垢染。获得秘密灌顶。使语金刚更加稳固。从上师心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）中，生起意之加持的蓝色光芒。融入自己心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），融入意之自性。净化了产生深度睡眠状态的垢染。获得智慧本智灌顶。使意金刚更加稳固。然后，从上师脐间的霍（藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：होः，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：霍）字中，生起智慧的加持的绿色光芒。融入自己的脐间的霍（藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：होः，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：霍），融入智慧的自性。净化了产生第四状态的垢染。获得大智慧本智灌顶。使本智金刚更加稳固。最终，上师化为光芒，如水融入水中一般融入自己。让心安住于未加改造、无二的状态中，毫不散乱。之后起身，如此回向善根：以我所做和积累的一切善根之力，为了所有众生的利益，愿成就三世一切佛陀的身语意智慧合一的、秘密不可思议的具德上师。如是等等。第二，内修祈请的念诵是：保护轮，皈依发心，金刚萨埵的观修念诵如前一样进行。之后，在自己面前的虚空中，由八大持明和雄狮抬起的珍宝宝座，莲花日月，罗睺星，四魔叠加的座垫上，

Please do not enter Nirvana, please do not be liberated from sorrow. May all the virtues of the three times accumulated by myself and others be gathered together, and may they be dedicated so that all beings who have been our mothers may attain the essence of Bodhi. After making this dedication, finally dissolve the field of merit into the Guru himself and invite him to the crown of the head. Pray to the Lord who is all-pervading and purifies the two obscurations, and so on. Clearly visualize the four letters at the four places of the Guru and oneself. From the Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡) at the Guru's forehead, white rays of light of the blessing of the body arise. Entering the Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡) at one's own forehead, entering the nature of the body, purifies the obscurations that generate the state of wakefulness. Obtain the vase empowerment. Make the body Vajra remain steadfast. From the Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿) at the Guru's throat, red rays of light of the blessing of speech arise. Entering the Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿) at one's own throat, entering the nature of speech, purifies the stains that generate the state of dreaming. Obtain the secret empowerment. Make the speech Vajra remain steadfast. From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) at the Guru's heart, blue rays of light of the blessing of mind arise. Entering the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) at one's own heart, entering the nature of mind, purifies the stains that generate the state of deep sleep. Obtain the wisdom-jnana empowerment. Make the mind Vajra remain steadfast. Then, from the letter Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: होः, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 霍) at the Guru's navel, green rays of light of the blessing of wisdom arise. Entering the Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: होः, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 霍) at one's own navel, entering the nature of wisdom, purifies the stains that generate the fourth state. Obtain the great wisdom-jnana empowerment. Make the jnana Vajra remain steadfast. Finally, the Guru dissolves into light, like water mixed with water. Let the mind rest in the unaltered, non-dual state, without distraction. Then, arise and dedicate the root of virtue as follows: By the power of all the roots of virtue that I have done and accumulated, for the benefit of all sentient beings, may I attain the glorious and holy Guru, whose body, speech, mind, and wisdom are one, and whose secret is inconceivable, of all the Buddhas of the three times. So on and so forth. Second, the recitation of the inner practice prayer is: The protection wheel, refuge and bodhicitta, and the visualization and recitation of Vajrasattva are performed as before. Then, in the sky in front of oneself, on a precious throne supported by eight great vidyadharas and lions, a lotus, sun, moon, Rahu, and a cushion stacked with the four maras,
