And, with the four aspects of Vipāka (karmic result), Puruṣakāra (effort), and Viyoga-phala (result of separation), the Bodhicitta ascends upwards, straightening the upper end of the central channel, achieving invisibility like a crest jewel. When it is filled with Bodhicitta, one attains the supreme Siddhi of Mahāmudrā, the state of the great Vajradhara. The white essence straightens upwards from the tip of the genitals, filling up to the end of the crown; the red essence straightens from the crown, filling up to the end of the big toe, appearing simultaneously. Third, in the enhancement practice, there are two types: heat enhancement and bliss enhancement. First, in heat enhancement, there are body posture, breath control, and visualization. The body posture is: squatting with legs crossed, if the hands are long, cross the two seminal channels; if the hands are short, embrace them freely. Rotate the stomach three times to the left and three times to the right, then rub as much as possible. Finally, shake vigorously like shaking a wild horse, and simultaneously make a small clap. After doing this three times, make one large clap that completes the word. The breath control is: Kumbhaka (holding breath) with upper pressing and lower lifting. The visualization is: visualizing oneself as the empty realm of a Yoginī, clearly visualizing the three channels and four chakras with A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) etc. At the palms of the hands and soles of the feet below, there is a sun each, facing each other. At the trijunction, there is a sun. Rubbing the suns of the hands and feet causes fire to blaze. Strike the sun below the navel. From there, fire blazes, striking A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah). From there, fire blazes, filling the entire body. When exhaling, contemplate that the entire world blazes with the nature of fire. Doing twenty-one large claps as one session, practicing for seven days, one will undoubtedly be able to withstand the cold. Second, in bliss enhancement, there is the preliminary mind-awareness, the main practice of burning and dripping, and the subsequent stabilization in the illusory wheel of the body. The preliminary mind-awareness is: in front, visualize a mental consort, a human girl with beauty and capable of arousing affection. In the main practice of burning and dripping, there are the location key points, binding the six fire hearths, the breath key point with four unions, and the visualization key point: visualizing oneself clearly as Chakrasamvara, within the body like a blue silk tent, the three channels and four chakras, and A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) etc. as before, visualize clearly. With breath, ignite the fire from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah).
