As before, the body is cross-legged like a chessboard. The meditation belt is wrapped around the head to secure it, using it to tie the shoelaces and bind the body. The cushion placed on the Brahma seat is one cubit long and four fingers high, with an empty interior. Second, regarding the key points of peaceful and wrathful winds. Among gentle and fierce winds, first is the gentle wind, with the preliminary of nine exhalations. The actual practice includes four aspects. First, the preliminary is nine exhalations: from right to left, from left to right, and directly from the center, with three gentle ones imperceptible to people, three fierce ones, and three constricting and exhaling ones, totaling nine. Second, the actual practice includes four aspects: bending like a hook. Filling like a vase. Tightening like a Chinese knot. Shooting upwards like an arrow. Or, inhaling, filling, suppressing, and shooting, there are four ways. If one does not understand the four practices, merit will become a cause for faults. The meaning is, from the outside, about sixteen finger-widths, silently inhaling air through both nostrils, pressing it below the navel. Slightly lifting the lower wind and holding the mouth closed, this is filling. Approaching unbearable, take a small inhalation. Press to the right. Press to the left. Suppressing evenly, this is suppressing. Then, approaching unbearable, from both nostrils, with little force at the beginning and end, and great force in the middle, exhale the breath, shooting it like an arrow. Second is the fierce wind: not generating reverse wind is the key to exhaling. Returning the wind to its original place is the key to inhaling. Controlling the wind is the key to filling. Inserting the wind into the chakra eyes is the key to suppressing. Mixing the inner and outer winds is the key to releasing. Third, regarding the key points of meditation targets: there are three types of tummo: outer tummo, inner tummo, and secret tummo. First is outer tummo: instantly visualize the deity, visualizing the illusory body. As mentioned above, clearly visualize the emptiness body of the yogini, about the size of a body. Second is inner tummo: visualize the four chakras existing like pillars and axles. Meaning, in the center of the emptiness body, the nature of the central channel is emptiness, symbolizing Dharmata. The color is red, symbolizing bliss. The function is clear, symbolizing the purification of obscurations. The characteristic is upright, symbolizing the life force, possessing four characteristics. From the Brahma aperture to below the navel

The two nostrils are located at the intersection of the four points. The two channels, Ro and Kyang, on the left and right, are like sheep intestines, curving forward from the top of the brain and inserting into the nostrils. They descend and enter the central channel, like the buttocks of the letter "ཆ". At the junction of the three channels, there are thirty-two petal-like channels on the crown of the head, facing downwards. There are sixteen facing upwards in the throat. There are eight facing downwards in the heart. There are sixty-four facing upwards in the navel, like the ribs of an umbrella, or like the wheel of a chariot and the sequence, meditate in that way. The third is the secret Tummo: Tummo is the "key to the A-thung place." It means that in the central channel four fingers below the navel, at the tip where the two channels Ro and Kyang converge, there is the shape of A-thung Shad Bhuta, half a finger long, reddish-yellow in color, hot to the touch, and the tips of the hairs move quickly as if blown by the wind, making a "Phem Phem" sound. In the central channel of the crown of the head, clearly visualize the white letter "Hum" (ཧཾ, Sanskrit: haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, meaning: seed syllable), as if about to drip nectar. When inhaling, the air enters the channels of Ro and Kyang. Those two channels, as if blown, enter the central channel. Striking the A-shad, it emits a red light. When filling and dissipating, focus all attention. When exhaling, visualize the air emerging from the central channel, turning into a blue light, and then exhale from the nostrils. If one can focus all attention, then, in the same way, perform the second breath, separating from the A-shad, the tip is very sharp, burning, visualize it as an arrow with four characteristics. Each breath ignites a flame half a finger long, and eight breaths reach the navel. Ten breaths fill the petals of the navel with fire. Then, with ten breaths, go down from the abdomen, until the tips of the toes are filled with fire. Then, with ten breaths, burn upwards, filling below the heart with fire. With ten breaths, fill the throat, and with ten breaths, fill the crown of the head, focusing on the burning. Like "the dew of the sky gradually melts," with ten breaths, the letter "Hum" (ཧཾ, Sanskrit: haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, meaning: seed syllable) on the crown of the head is melted by the fire, and the Bodhicitta fills the crown of the head. With ten breaths, fill the throat. With ten breaths, fill the heart. With ten breaths, fill the navel. With ten breaths, fill all the way to the tips of the toes, practice dripping, so one hundred and eight breaths are counted as one session. At the beginning, six sessions a day, and later four sessions, etc., depending on the length of the breath. Except for eating and sleep for restoring energy, meditate without interruption. That is
