Having the mind firmly settled in meditating on liberation pervading the realm of space. Furthermore, focus on the arising becoming smaller and smaller, until it is the size of a mustard seed or sesame seed, with extreme clarity. Second, regarding the emptiness of the inner channels: On one's own yogini, visualize the central channel, clear as the size of the body, straight in the middle of the abdomen, red like the juice of vermillion, bright like a sesame oil lamp, straight like the heartwood of a water tree, empty like a hollow piece of paper, possessing these four characteristics. Visualize it as clearly as a medium-sized arrow shaft. When it becomes stable, from the size of a cane, pillar, house, or mountain, the entire sky is filled by the body. Meditate on the central channel filling up to the ends of the body's fingers. When the body is the size of a mustard seed, meditate on the central channel also becoming as thin as if a hundred hairs were split. Regarding this, it was said: "For what is unclear, establish emptiness; for what is not grasped, establish emptiness; for what does not abide, establish emptiness." Third, regarding meditating on the protective wheel: There are three key points: the key point of the body, the key point of the breath, and the key point of focus. The key point of the body is the seven dharmas of Vairochana. The key point of the breath is to clear the impure air three times, then press down the upward-moving air, inhale a small amount of oral and nasal air, and hold it. The key point of focus is that when the breath is exhaled, visualize countless rays of five-colored light emanating from all the pores, and the entire world is filled with the nature of five-colored light. When inhaling, visualize the light entering from all the pores, filling the entire body, and meditate in this way seven times. Then, visualize all the rays of light transforming into various Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllables, filling the world when exhaling, and filling the body when inhaling, and meditate in this way seven times. Then, visualize those Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllables transforming into wrathful deities with one face and two arms, the right hand raising a vajra in the sky, the left hand making a threatening gesture at the heart, the right leg bent and the left leg extended, extremely wrathful and fierce, five-colored, the size of a mustard seed. When the breath is exhaled, visualize the world filling up, and when inhaling and holding, visualize filling the entire body, and meditate in this way seven times, for a total of twenty-one times. Then, visualize all the pores of the body filled with wrathful deities facing outwards, as if wearing armor. Fourth, regarding purifying the channels: The left and right channels, located on the left and right sides of the central channel, penetrate from the top of the brain into the nostrils, and downwards into the tip of the genitals. In the left hole of Hareba, visualize: A A, I I, U U.

ka kha ga gha nga。ca cha dza dzha nya。ta tha da dha na。ta tha da dha na。pa pha ba bha ma。ya ra la wa。sha sha sa ha ksha。

U. Ri Ri. Li Li. E Ai. O Au. Am Ah. Inside the right side. Ka Kha Ga Gha Nga. Ca Cha Dza Dza Nya. Ta Tha Da Dha Na. Ta Tha Da Dha Na. Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma. Ya Ra La Wa. Sha Sha Sa Ha Ksha. These are as fine and thin as lotus threads. Meditate on the color being red and layered. When exhaling, each letter emerges outward. When inhaling, focus the mind as if entering from the secret tip of the nose like a revolving firebrand, and meditate on the union of winds. This is like clearing a ditch before irrigating, and is extremely important. Fifth, blessing the location of the channels: The central channel, the Uma, is like a medium-sized tube, inside the heart. On the crown of the root guru, the gurus of the Six Dharmas lineage reside like stacked steps. Meditate on them being very subtle, like a string of strung pearls. Pray to the Six Dharmas, or, bless the appearance as Tummo. Bless the appearance as illusion, the appearance as clear light, transforming from higher to higher into the three kayas, attaining supreme accomplishment. After praying in this way, the lineage gurus dissolve into the root guru. Meditate on it melting into the uncontaminated nature of bliss, filling the entire body. Second, the main part: the Tummo of action, the Tummo of experience, and the Tummo of supreme. First, the Tummo of action, divided into: the key points of abiding the body, the key points of peaceful and wrathful winds, and the key points of meditating on the object. First, the key point of abiding the body is: In the text it says: The body is in vajra posture. The vertebrae are strung like precious rosary beads. The gaze is always wide open. The lower abdomen should be very concealed. The tongue is placed against the upper palate. The samadhi mudra is pressed below the navel. Without moving the eyes and consciousness. Wind and mind are combined and forcefully controlled. The vajra posture is perfect enlightenment. Or the body sits squatting. Crossed like a table. The meaning of what is said: The vajra posture with the right leg on top. The elbows pressing the upper body with the samadhi mudra placed below the navel. The spine straightened like stacked arrows. The gaze should be wide open. The chin presses against the throat knot. The tongue is placed against the upper palate, the two eyes look at the tip of the nose or the space directly in front. Or others.
