Meditate on the green channels. After clearing away stale air, combine the life-sustaining vase breath. From each individual bindu, visualize the blazing tummo fire of your own color, extremely subtle and sharp, and focus your mind single-pointedly. Once accustomed to this, visualize the flames burning intensely, the light mingling, and exhaling from the right nostril. The light radiates in all directions, entering the right nostrils of all the Buddhas residing in the boundless realms of the ten directions. Passing through the shape of the body, it goes to the navel chakra and burns upwards, incinerating the navel, heart, throat, crown, and other places of their bodies. Invite the white and red bodhicitta and exhale from the left nostril. Entering your own left nostril, it goes to the crown and passes through the inner dhuti channel. Mingling with the five fires of the navel chakra, immeasurable experiences of bliss, warmth, clarity, emptiness, and union arise. Again, visualize your own five fires of the navel chakra burning intensely, inseparable from the bodhicitta of the victorious ones and their retinues, filling you from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet without any gap. Hold the life-sustaining vase breath. Once accustomed to this, wherever the bodhicitta is stable, such as in the navel chakra, the qualities of those places will arise as described in the scriptures. Therefore, it is very important to practice diligently. The fifth is the stage of the inconceivable, which means recognizing and cultivating experience. Whatever object of the six consciousnesses appears, make it of the same taste as the uncreated, indestructible mind. That is, the mind does not follow after the six consciousnesses, and the six consciousnesses do not mix into the object of the mind. Without following after them, experience the appearance as lacking inherent existence, like an illusion. By meditating on this as the object, appearance and mind will become unified. Whatever appears in various forms will arise as inseparable from self-awareness and great bliss. If, due to lack of familiarity or other reasons, you are unable to equally settle appearance and mind in this way, gather all the stable and moving appearances of the six consciousnesses into the self-arisen deity. That is, gather them into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literally: Hūṃ) at the heart chakra, and gather them into the nāda. The nāda also becomes increasingly subtle. In a state where nothing is fixated upon, remain naturally, or relax naturally, and then gradually, as before, ascertain the same taste and meditate. During the breaks between sessions, increase...

If you lay the foundation and meditate at all times, then the best is to obtain the supreme accomplishment in this life. The intermediate is to attain Buddhahood in the clear light Dharmakaya at the time of death. Even the worst will be greeted by heroes and yoginis in the bardo, and in the Akanishta Great Bliss Pure Land, they will attain the Sambhogakaya with the five certainties. This is a teaching that cannot fail to be accomplished. This is known as the Drilbu Rim Nga (Bell and Vajra Five Stages), an extremely concise method without any flaws. Also, the heart essence of the Chakrasamvara Completion Stage of the great accomplished master Naropa, known as the Six Dharmas, is also practiced. The preliminary practices are the same as before. The special preliminary practice is the purification of the three: channels, winds, and bindus. Among these, the method of purifying the channels is: visualize yourself as the sole hero Chakrasamvara, from the crown of the head to the secret place, the central channel is like the color of a lotus ruby. On the right is the red Rasana channel, and on the left is the white Lalana channel. The upper ends of the two channels enter the two nostrils from above the brain. The lower ends reside like the letter "cha" and enter the central channel. The navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four petals. The heart is the Dharma wheel, with eight petals. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen petals. The crown of the head is the great bliss wheel, with thirty-two petals. The three channels and four wheels should all be straight. Except for the Lalana channel, all the other channels should be visualized as red. They should be visualized as clear and bright, that is, possessing four characteristics. The method of purifying the winds is: the body adopts the six-fold posture of meditation, the hands form vajra fists and are placed on the respective knees, perform the nine rounds of forceful breathing. When exhaling, visualize all sins and obscurations being cleared away with a "sang sang" sound. When inhaling, visualize the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas gathering within oneself. Then, silently inhale slowly through both nostrils. Fill the area below the navel together with saliva. At that time, pull the back wind upwards and hold the kumbhaka (vase breath) as much as possible. When nearing the point of being unable to endure, slightly sway the body to the left and right, pressing the channel knots and holding the breath. When truly unable to endure, exhale a little air, then press down and hold the breath, slowly exhale through the nostrils with a "sang" sound, and finally merge space and awareness. It is extremely important that no air escapes from the mouth during inhalation and exhalation. The method of purifying the bindu is: visualize a blue bindu the size of a mustard seed at the space between the eyebrows. When inhaling, the bindu travels from within the central channel down to the secret place. When filling and pressing,
