། །ལས་དང་པོ་པས་བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་ལ་བཙན་ཐབས་སུ་བསླབ་པའི་གླུ་སྟེ་ལྔ་པའོ།། །།ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། །དེང་སང་ཁྲིད་ཆུང་སྟོན་མཁན་མང་བའི་མཐུས། །ཕྱོགས་མགོ་དེ་ཙམ་ཤེས་པ་མང་ལགས་ཀྱང་། །ཚེ་འདིའི་སྣང་བ་བསླུ་མཁས་ཉམས་དགའ་ཞིང་། །མི་རྟག་འཆི་བ་སྙིང་ལ་མ་གཟེར་བས། །ཤེས་ཙམ་དེ་ལ་ལུས་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མང་། །ཁྲིད་མང་ཞུས་ཀྱང་གོ་དྲོད་སླར་ལ་འཁྲེབ། །སྡིག་ལ་མི་འཛེམ་སྤྱོད་པ་ཕལ་ལས་ལོད། ཁྲིད་ཞུས་པ་ལ་གནན་གྱིས་མཚང་འབྲུ་བྱེད། །ཞེན་ལོག་སྒོམ་གྱི་རྐང་པ་མེད་པས་ལེན། །ལམ་སྣེ་ཤེས་ཀྱང་འགྲོ་བར་མ་བྱས་ན། །ཇོ་བོ་ལ་སོགས་མཇལ་ཐབས་མེད་དང་འདྲ། །དེ་ལ་དབང་པོ་རབ་འབྲིང་ཐ་མ་གསུམ། །རབ་ལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་བྱ་བ་སྤང་མི་དགོས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་བྱ་བ་ཉམས་ལེན་བསྲེ་ཞིང་བསྒོམ། །འདོད་ཡོན་མ་སྤངས་ལམ་དུ་ཁྱེར་བ་སྟེ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨིནྡྲ་བོ་དྷི་ལྟ་བུ་ཡིན། །འབྲིང་ལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་བྱ་བ་ཕལ་ཆེར་སྤངས། །རབ་བྱུང་དང་ཚུགས་བཟུང་ལ་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན། །བཟའ་བཏུང་ཟས་གོས་འབྱོར་པར་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། །རྒྱ་བོད་པཎ་གྲུབ་བླ་མ་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཡིན། །ཐ་མས་བློ་རྩེ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་དོན་མི་འགྲུབ། །ཆོས་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་བྱ་བ་གཉིས་མི་ལྕོགས། །ཚེ་འདི་བློས་གཏང་ལྟོ་གོས་རྒྱབ་བསྒྱུར་བསྒོམ། །མི་ལ་རྒོད་ཚང་ལ་སོགས་རྣམ་ཐར་ཡིན། །དེ་གསུམ་གང་ལྟར་བྱེད་ཀྱང་གཉུག་ བསྲིང་ནས། །མི་བསྐྱུར་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བས་ཉམས་རྟོགས་འཆར། །དེ་ཡང་གང་ཟག་ཁམས་དང་དབང་པོ་ཡིས། །གཅིག་ལ་འཆར་བ་ཀུན་ལ་མི་འཆར་ཏེ། །ལ་ལ་དང་ནས་ཉམས་རྟོགས་མཐོན་པོ་འཆར། །ལ་ལ་རེས་འཆར་རེས་ནི་ཐབས་རྡུགས་འབྱུང་། །ལ་ལ་རིམ་པར་ཇེ་དྲག་ཇེ་དྲག་འཆར། །འོན་ཀྱང་ཤར་ལུགས་རིམ་གྱིས་བཤད་པར་བྱ། །དང་པོ་སེམས་ནི་སྐད་ཅིག་སྡོད་མི་ཉན། །གར་ཡང་རྒྱུག་ཅིང་མི་དྲན་དགུ་ཡང་དྲན། །དེ་ཚེ་ལུས་གནད་བསྲང་ལ་ལྷོད་དེ་ཀློད། །གར་འགྲོ་བལྟས་ལ་རྒྱང་སོ་བཙུགས་པས་ནི། །ཚུར་ལ་འཁོར་ནས་ཅུང་ཟད་གནས་པ་འོང་། །གནས་དང་འགྱུ་བར་གཉིས་ག་ཞི་གནས་ཏེ། །ངོ་བོ་སྟོང་པར་རྟོགས་ན་ལྷག་མཐོང་ཡིན། །གནས་སམ་འགྱུའམ་སྟོང་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ནི། །དབྱེར་མེད་གཅིག་ཏུ་རྟོགས་ན་ཟུང་འཇུག་གོ་།དེ་ལྟར་རྟོགས་ནས་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་པའི་ཚེ། །རེས་འགའ་མེ་རེ་ཀྱི་ལེ་གནས་པའི་ཚེ། །འདི་ཉིད་རང་སེམས་རེད་སྙམས་དགའ་བ་སྐྱེ། །རེས་འགའ་མི་གནས་རླུང་ལྟར་འཚུབས་ཤིང་རྒོད། །བལྟས་ཀྱང་བལྟ་རྒྱུ་མི་སྙེད་བུན་བུན་འཚུབས། །མ་རེད་འདི་ཡིན་མེད་སྙམས་ཞེ་མི་དགའ། །དེ་དུས་རྣམ་རྟོག་གང་ཤར་གཅིག་ངོས

对于初学者强制修学生圆次第之歌第五。 唉玛吙！ 如今小窍诀的老师众多之故， 仅仅知道一些方向的人虽然很多， 但擅长欺骗今生的显现，喜欢享乐， 无常死亡没有刺痛内心， 仅仅知道一点就停滞不前的人非常多。 诀窍听了很多，但温暖却渐渐消退， 不畏惧罪恶，行为比普通人还差劲， 听了诀窍，反而变本加厉地揭人短处。 因为没有厌离的修法之根，所以接受不了。 即使知道路口，却没有去走， 如同无法拜见觉沃（指阿底峡尊者）一样。 其中有上、中、下三种根器。 上等根器不必抛弃世间俗事， 将世间俗事与修行融合并修习， 不舍弃欲望享受而将其转为道用， 如同国王因陀罗菩提一样。 中等根器大多抛弃世间俗事， 以出家和持戒来修习， 饮食、衣物、财富等事情， 大多是汉藏的班智达、成就者、上师。 下等根器一心二用，成就不了事情， 佛法和世间俗事两件事都做不好， 舍弃今生，背离衣食而修行， 如同米拉日巴、郭仓巴等的传记。 无论以上三种如何行持，都要保持

Among them, there are three types of faculties: superior, middling, and inferior. Superior faculties do not need to abandon worldly affairs, They mix worldly affairs with practice and cultivate, They do not abandon desirable objects but transform them into the path, Like King Indrabodhi. Middling faculties mostly abandon worldly affairs, They practice by taking ordination and vows, Matters such as food, clothing, and wealth, Are mostly the practices of Indian and Tibetan Panditas, Siddhas, and Lamas. Inferior faculties cannot accomplish anything with divided attention, They cannot handle both Dharma and worldly affairs, They renounce this life, turn their backs on food and clothing, and practice, Like the biographies of Milarepa, Gotsangpa, and others.
