This meditate, that doesn't meditate. This is, that is not, like ordinary. Sometimes abiding in ordinariness, there will be a time when all actions are exhausted. The previous bliss, clarity, and non-thought also do not exist. Because of little hearing, I think I am a practitioner. Like before, alas, the standard cannot be reached, how terrible. If attachment is too strong, will it be thought that there is no practice? This is called seeing the essence, it is the realization of natural awareness. All dharmas are determined in one's own mind, the mind is emptiness, beyond words, thoughts, and expressions. Except for not being artificial and naturally abiding, although there is nothing to do, there are times of distraction. Unable to see one's own face, lost in ordinary illusions. Thinking of being distracted, the mind is filled with regret and thoughts. Before the thought is grasped, it is ordinary, as soon as the thought is grasped, it appears as practice. At this time, repeatedly remind yourself with mindfulness. Repeatedly observing, the clarity will increase. Sometimes meditating alone in a quiet place, sometimes integrating all behaviors into practice. From here, all the teachings of the sutras, tantras, and accomplished beings, by reading books, will be in harmony with the mind. If diligent, one can often grasp dreams. If not diligent enough, the number of grasps will decrease. From the outside to the inside, all external containers and contents, although each appears separately, not mixed, but their essence is like ice melting into water, all is emptiness, inseparable and integrated with the mind. Meditation is also mind, non-meditation is also mind. Mind is originally not established, it is emptiness. Meditation and non-meditation, distraction and non-distraction, etc., without difference, originally realizing the nature of emptiness. The mind of all Buddhas and the minds of the six realms of beings, originally of the same essence, are all emptiness. The view of non-duality of samsara and nirvana, is not a dry understanding obtained by reading books and what the lama said, but a change that arises from within oneself. If one can do this, one can barely be called a realized person. Don't think that this is very high, but tell it with your own experience and the mind of benefiting others. If you reveal the secret, you must confess to the deity and the lama. If you have not reached that level, and want to understand the basics, go to the scriptures. In this way, virtuous deeds with and without outflows, just like guiding a horse with reins, it is best to dedicate with the correct dedication of the three wheels. The correct dedication of the three wheels has many ways of explaining it, and the scope is very wide. Practice

Through the power of this dedication, may rebirth be easy and benefits vast. Dedicate and pray to be born in Sukhavati. Abandon doubts about whether you will be born or not. Certainty of rebirth is the aspiration of the Buddha. When you recognize wandering in the bardo, resolve to go to that pure land. From that time on, keep it firmly in mind. Remembrance in the bardo arises immediately. This is the sixth song of practice appearance and obstacle removal. The nature of the Lama and one's own mind are inseparable, and in the emptiness of the Dharma realm, they are of one taste. The unceasing play of awareness is Lama Amitabha. By meditating on the crown of the head and praying, it is like increasing realization through the power of blessing. Therefore, always meditate on Lama Yoga. Although you realize that the Yidam is a manifestation of your own mind, visualize your own body as the form of the Yidam, the Great Compassionate One. Meditate on appearance and emptiness as inseparable and recite the six-syllable mantra. This is the auspicious connection for obtaining the seed of the form body, and it is the secret mantra teaching of the union of generation and completion stages. Although the six realms of sentient beings have no inherent existence, sentient beings who have not realized this wander in samsara. With spontaneously arising love and great compassion, absorb the sins and sufferings of the six realms of sentient beings with the breath and dissolve them all into yourself. Meditate on all sentient beings being free from suffering. Whatever merit and virtue you have, give it to sentient beings along with your exhalation. Meditate on all beings attaining immeasurable happiness. There is no way to attain enlightenment without hearing the teachings. The practice of giving and taking is the essence of the profound Dharma. In the morning and evening, gaze at the light with half-closed eyes, and rainbows and rays of light will appear. Drops, tiny drops, letters, and the forms of deities will appear. Blend this with practice and the nature of mind and look. You will see the Sambhogakaya realm of clear light and emptiness inseparable. This is not just a matter of intellectual speculation, but the profound key point of the Great Perfection that can be seen directly. This is the seventh song of enhancement. Emaho! The meaning of relying on the Lama and practicing the sacred Dharma is that it must be useful at the time of death. Otherwise, if enemies arise and the mind is lost, what use is there? Not knowing when death will come, always keep it in mind. Whether small or large, attachment is a bond. Since even the flesh and bones born together must be abandoned, is attachment to relatives and wealth meaningless? To relatives, loved ones, wealth, and even one's own body.
