To the Lama and the Three Jewels, I offer with my mind. Once the offering is complete, regard it as ownerless. Who takes it, who owns it? These rosary beads are meaningless. Meditate on your own body as the Yidam, the Great Compassionate One. Therefore, the embodiment of all Lamas and Jewels, Meditate on Amitabha, the Protector, and pray to him. Block the eight orifices with one (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: she) syllable each. The central channel in the body is about the size of a medium arrow shaft. In the center of the heart, your own mind is a single white (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: she) syllable. Move it upwards and dissolve it into the heart of Amitabha. Do such visualization a hundred or twenty-one times. After that, without thinking of anything in the mind, Rest the practice plainly on the face of the mind. Whatever arises from the three experiences of appearance, increase, and attainment, There is no need to separately identify and grasp at them. Nothing can arise other than your own mind. Look at the essence of whatever arises. From the moment the outer breath ceases until the inner breath ceases, The ground luminosity, like a cloudless sky, When it arises, rest in that state. If you can stay long, you will have achieved stability. The signs are a good complexion, eyes like dewdrops, And a smile on the face, which is said to be a sign of stability. Sitting cross-legged, lying in the lion posture, etc., Except for moving due to illness, In reality, there is no difference between lying down and standing up. If you have not achieved stability or are frightened, At the time of death, by doing the visualization of transference of consciousness, The consciousness will emerge from the Brahma aperture, which is of great benefit. The transference of consciousness of the Dharmakaya has the same meaning as the practice, The two are not contradictory, this is a very stable method. Thereafter, even if wandering in the Bardo, By looking at the essence of whatever arises, Other than the empty forms of your own mind's delusion, There is not a single peaceful or wrathful deity, or Yama. Thereafter, if the thought of taking rebirth arises, From beginningless time until now, The six realms of rebirth revolve like a shepherd's rotation. Birth, old age, sickness, and death are created like a steep path. Therefore, be disgusted with Samsara and make a firm decision. The suffering of the lower realms is unimaginable. Gods and humans also revolve in the cycle of birth and death. Now, to a place of happiness free from all suffering, To the Pure Land of Sukhavati in the West, I will go to listen to the sacred Dharma at Amitabha's place. Thinking like this, abandon attachment and go. You don't need to walk with your feet as you do now, Nor do you need to fly with wings like a bird, With the mind-made body, you arrive as soon as you remember. Born there, you are always happy and free from suffering.
