The method of. Recognizing one's own body as the deity is profound. Therefore, one's own body is the mandala of the deity. Chakrasamvara, Guhyasamaja, the Eight Herukas of the Kagyu, and so on. All the unsurpassed tantras extensively explain. In the condensed sutra, the five aggregates are the five families. The five elements, five mothers, eight consciousnesses, eight bodhisattvas. The eight realms and eight consorts are the same in both the old and new traditions. Especially, the forty-two peaceful deities in the center of the heart. In the throat, the assembly of pure vidyadharas. In the brain, the fifty-eight blood-drinking deities. Actually reside as the form of channels, winds, and bindus. Thus, the heart and the eye are connected by channels. The rainbow light bindu of Dzogchen appears in the sky. At the time of death, the assembly of deities of the body emerges from the body. Actually appears, filling the sky and space. If one does not recognize that as the deity, one sees it as Yama. Startled, frightened, terrified, fainting, falling into the lower realms. For example, at a dangerous mountain pass where the enemy is greatly feared. Mistaking someone who does not come to greet as the enemy, one flees. Later, being chased, one is terrified to see oneself being pursued. If one recognizes them, it is like being happy without fear. If one recognizes the yidam as the deity, one can travel to the pure land. That very Now, for the sake of becoming familiar and accustomed. Looking at thögal bindus and subtle bindus. For example, although silver ore is silver. If it is not smelted, it is like useless silver. One's own body is the mandala of the yidam deity. Knowing is not enough; one needs to practice to actually accomplish it. For example, although milk is pervaded with butter. If it is not churned, it is like not turning into butter. Although one knows that one's own mind is Buddha. If one does not practice, one will not become Buddha. Understand that meaning and practice it. Although there are many yidams, Avalokiteśvara. Is the yidam who embodies all, the deity of the Tibetans. Although there are many elaborate and concise generation stage practices, this mindfulness completion. Is easy to practice and easy to understand. Therefore, one's own body is the body of the Great Compassionate One. White, with one face and four arms, meditate as the scriptures say. In the heart, a white lotus with six petals. In the center is Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:啥) and the six syllables on the six petals. Visualize everything standing upright, sparkling and bright. The syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:啥) does not move, the six syllables rotate to the right. From that, rays of light radiate in the ten directions. Offering to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Everything transforms into the body of the Great Compassionate One. Falling like rain, they dissolve into oneself. Again, light radiates from the six syllables. Illuminating the six realms of beings.

May the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings be purified, May all be transformed into the form of the Great Compassionate One. May the six-syllable mantra of all resound, "Ur dir dir," May the vessel world be transformed into a blissful and great paradise. Sometimes, focus single-pointedly on Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable), If the mind does not wander elsewhere and remains for a long time, It is the union of calm abiding with focus, generation stage, and completion stage. Then, the mind of one who meditates in this way, If looked at with a "hrig ge" (藏文:ཧྲིག་གེ) glance, the amount of meditation vanishes into emptiness. The mind has no form, color, or substance, It is not outside, inside, or in between the body. Even if searched in all ten directions, there is no substance. It has no origin, no place to stay, and no place to go. It is not non-existent; one's own mind is clear and bright, "hrig ge" (藏文:ཧྲིག་གེ). It is not singular; all sorts of things arise. It is not different; everything is of one essence. No one can express its essence. If expressed with similar things, there is no end to expression. People call the mind itself "self" and "alaya," etc., Although many terms and categories are assigned, In meaning, it is just this present awareness itself. This itself is the root of all samsara and nirvana. Attaining Buddhahood and falling into the lower realms, Wandering in the bardo and good or bad rebirths, As well as hatred, anger, attachment, and clinging, Faith, pure perception, love, and compassion, Realizations, qualities, bhumis, and attainments, etc., This very mind itself is the doer of everything. It is the root of all bondage, the root of aggregates, Like cutting the life force, all faculties cease. Whoever realizes this meaning and puts it into practice, There is no dharma that is not gathered there. There is nothing to meditate on this, Without distraction, it is enough to look at its own nature. Without hoping for better or fearing worse, Without thinking whether it is or is not, Whether it stays or moves, whether it is clear or unclear, Whatever arises, look at its essence with a "hrig ge" (藏文:ཧྲིག་གེ) glance. In the main practice, at that time of meditating in this way, Without distraction, staying still is staying still, Not staying, running in all ten directions is moving. Whatever arises, staying or moving, is knowing with reason, Although they appear separately, Their essence is one. Staying is the Dharmakaya, moving is the Nirmanakaya, Knowing is the Sambhogakaya; their essence is inseparable. It is the cause or seed for accomplishing the three kayas. Thus, there is no good or bad in staying and moving. Therefore, do not make choices; cultivate whatever arises. At first, look repeatedly for short periods of time, Then gradually lengthen the time of meditation.
