Unconfessed sins, though small, are heavy, increasing daily like accruing interest. If confessed from the heart, there is no sin. Like impurity washed away by water. Past sins are like poison ingested. If regret arises, purification is easy. Pride that thinks it can overcome this is difficult to purify. Make a strong vow not to commit them in the future. If you think you can confess even if you commit sins, the Victorious Ones say that you will not be purified by that.

Visualize the mandala and recite the verses. Confess the sins committed in the past with repentance, Recite the six-syllable mantra, from Amitabha's body descends nectar like milk. Entering from the Brahma aperture, filling the entire body, All the defilements like smoke and soot, Emerge from the lower gate and the soles of the feet, Entering the ground, the Lord of Death drinks its residue. Satisfied and full, repaying the debt of life, redeeming life, The body becomes like a spotless crystal ball. Then, to the Lama Buddha on the crown of the head, Generate faith and reverence, and recite whatever prayer you know, The essence of the prayer, recite the Vajra Guru (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra guru, Literal Chinese meaning: Diamond Guru). The Lama, the embodiment of all jewels, Amitabha, Dissolves into light and merges into oneself without separation. The three aspects of body, speech, and mind, Inseparably, like water and milk mixed together, Meditate on receiving all empowerments and blessings. The song of visualization, the fourth. The root of meaning is the path of generation, completion, and union, For this, there are two aspects: understanding and practice. The essence of the mind of all sentient beings, Originally dwells in the nature of the Buddha, The essence of emptiness is the Dharmakaya, the unborn nature, The appearance is clear and unmixed, the perfect Sambhogakaya, Unobstructed compassion, the various Nirmanakayas. These three are inseparable, the essence of union, The body of great bliss that never changes, Originally and naturally exists within oneself. It does not arise from the compassion of the Buddha, the blessings of the Lama, Or the profound characteristics of the Dharma, But has existed in this way from the very beginning. This meaning is in accordance with all Sutras and Tantras. Then, why wander in samsara? Because one does not recognize one's own nature and clings to illusion. For example, a person with a golden belt, Not recognizing gold and silver, is like seeing the suffering of hunger and poverty. At this time, the Lama's introduction is of great kindness, Even if gold is recognized, it cannot relieve hunger, It must be cut, food prepared, ground, Cooked and eaten to relieve hunger. Similarly, after the Lama's introduction, If one practices, one can eliminate illusion and be liberated. Thus, one's own mind is the Buddha, This is agreed upon by the Mahayana Sutras and the Secret Mantra Tantras. However, the Sutras do not introduce one's own body as the Buddha, Therefore, the path is long, One must attain Buddhahood after three countless kalpas. The supreme method is to attain Buddhahood in one lifetime.
