Visualize the red, radiant bodhichitta filling the entire body, generating an easily grasped bliss, and then let go into non-thought. Recite: 'Through the action of the wind, by the power of kindling the inner fire, from the moon on the crown of the head, along with the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, white essence drips, appearing in the form of bindus. The mixed red and white bindus fill the entire body, generating joy, bliss, and tranquility.' Recite this and meditate. Furthermore, the visualization of chasing and fleeing is: other than that, as before, through the action of the wind, the inner fire extends upwards within the central channel. As soon as it touches the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, the red bindu fills the entire body, turning into flame. Again, from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, a white bindu drips. Touching the flame, the flame becomes redder, and when it remains at about four finger-widths, contemplate that the entire body is filled with white bodhichitta, and bliss increases. Recite: 'Through the action of the wind, the inner fire blazes upwards. Upon touching Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), the red bindu fills all. As the bindu drips from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), the fire retreats. The entire body becomes filled with white bindus.' Meditate thus. 1 0. If even that does not generate extreme bliss, then the visualization of the buffalo resting is: Join the two knees, with the feet pointing outwards, visualize that from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable at the crown of the head, the essence of white, a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, drips downwards from the central channel in a blissful state. Visualize it resting blissfully at the tip of the secret place, and perform the pulling and pushing of the lower wind. When you feel that the bliss is unbearable, visualize that Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable extending upwards to the crown of the head, dissolving into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, and the Brahma aperture is sealed with a crossed five-pronged white vajra. Then let go into non-thought. Recite: 'From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable at the crown of the head, a white bindu drips. Passing through the path of the central channel, it rests at the tip of the secret place. Bliss greatly increases, and again it rises upwards, dissolving into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, and the Brahma aperture is sealed with a vajra.' Meditate thus. 1 1. Then, in order to dispel the fatigue of non-thought, fix the posture of the body immovably, as if driving a peg into the grass. Look at emptiness, gazing unmoving into the expanse of the sky. Hold the subtle breath slightly, and whatever thought arises in the mind, whether it is a thought of bliss or a thought of warmth, in short, whatever thought arises in the realm of the mind, leave it unaltered and uncorrupted, and remain in equanimity. Let go quietly, as if entering a dark room. Let go unmoving, as if a bee is stuck to nectar. Let go without effort or striving, like a man who has finished his work. Sog phon md

Like loosening a knot, let it go. Having placed it thus, if another thought arises, gaze intently at its essence as before and leave it. Like water separated from turbidity, let it be clear and transparent. Like that which is not moved by waves, let it be still. In speech: The innate awareness is clear, transparent, and without turbidity. There is nothing to grasp, and there is no coming and going after being taken away. There is nothing to establish or modify; let it go naturally. The nature of the mind that is let go is like the sky. Thus, meditate. 1 2. This is a branch of increasing stability. Through these, the session instructions for the practice of fierce heat yoga have been spoken. Next, the second is to practice the illusory body, which is divided into three: purifying the path, purifying, and uncommon purification. First, there are three, such as grasping what has not been grasped. The first is: The essential body is as before, establishing the seven-point posture of Vairochana. The essential place is various appearances. The essential time is mostly during the day. Regarding the object of focus, first, all conditioned things are impermanent. In particular, the life of beings is impermanent. Children, wives, relatives, wealth, possessions, etc., are also without essence. In short, nothing can satisfy or benefit except the Dharma. The end of birth is death, the end of accumulation is exhaustion, the end of meeting is separation, the end of friendship is conflict, the nurtured body will decay, the flowing breath will cease, close relatives will be left behind, wealth will be enjoyed by others, the body will become a corpse, and one will have no autonomy. In short, nothing has essence. Thinking that there is no need for anything, generate renunciation and first train the mind. Think like this: All these external appearances, such as forms, were previously grasped as real, and that is why one wanders in samsara. If one examines and analyzes all of this, one will find that they appear even though they are non-existent, like dreams and illusions, arising from causes and conditions, like echoes and drum sounds, impermanent like lightning and bubbles, appearing but without inherent existence, like mirages and reflections of the moon in water. Meditate well on this, and recite: Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, horses, cattle, houses, etc., all these appearances appear even though they are non-existent, arising from causes and conditions, impermanent and without inherent existence, empty of truth like dreams and illusions. Recite and meditate like this, and think like this in all meditation and post-meditation states. 1 Second, stabilizing what has been grasped. Allow your own body to appear in a mirror, and then adorn it.
