Essence of Nectar Visualize it as blue, like its color, and gradually recite Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and circumambulate the mudra of the source of Dharma three times to the left. To purify color, smell, taste, and power, it is also acceptable to recite Ha (藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈), Ho (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:हो,梵文罗马拟音:ho,汉语字面意思:呵), Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:赫利) as mentioned in the 'Source of Discipline'. This act of hand offering is from the 'Source of Discipline': 'The peaceful drink is the goddess. Vajra Vairochana is the form's abode. In the center of Vairochana's body, Heruka melts.' This is the instruction, which is particularly superior to other hand offerings. It performs all the clearing of obstacles and purification of substances. As the 'Source of Discipline' says: 'The fierce form of nectar, in seizing and action of enjoyment, therefore the essence is nectar.' The benefits are: In the 'Practice of Yoginis': 'By the hand offering, the yogi's desires of poverty will be fulfilled. The mind will be transformed, and food, drink, clothing, etc., will be obtained. If the offering to the deity is made, then the thought will be completely accomplished.' It is said. Then, for the purpose of raising the ground, arrange the torma with the offerings. Purify with hand offering and Vighnan, and bless it like the torma ritual. In many mother tantras, such as the 'Tantra of the Manifestation of the Sow': 'Fingers are knotted, middle fingers must be joined. Thumbs are joined firmly as vajras. Then, it is well placed in the center of the forehead. Circling and circling, circling everywhere. Pressing the feet and looking upwards. Uttering the sound of Phem upwards. The heroes and yoginis residing in the ten directions of the world are invoked.' As such, squatting, the shin of the right leg presses on the left thigh. The two hands' fingers are knotted like iron hooks, and the two thumbs and two middle fingers are joined tip to tip separately. The rest are stretched out like a mountain of fire, making the burning mudra or the net mudra, circling to the left at the eyebrow center, and looking upwards, reciting the syllable Phem three or seven times. Visualize all the torma guests, past and present, being invited in the form of the assembly of yogini deities, and recite the mantra of Vajra Arali, etc. After offering, give the food with the torma mantra, discard the torma in a clean place, make a request to the earth owner, and assist the white side. Then, protect the ground and purify the obstacles.
