Appearing as the mother (of all Buddhas), the Sambhogakaya aspect of Vajrayogini, known as 'rTags kyi rdo rje rnal 'byor ma,' mainly dwells in forms such as Rabgtumma, wandering in the twenty-four or forty-eight sacred places. The Nirmanakaya aspect of Vajrayogini pervades the realms beneath, above, and beyond the earth, playing with infinite transformations of bodies from the seven lineages, primarily residing as the 'Lineage Mother' (rigs ldan ma). These are mainly accomplished through the generation stage (Kyerim), and each stage of generation and completion (Kyerdzog) also accomplishes everything indivisibly through their power. In terms of actual practice, based on the gradual entry of those to be tamed, there are three types: outer practice, inner practice, and secret practice. Firstly, the yogi who has received empowerment and blessings sits comfortably on a seat. Having purified their being through refuge, bodhicitta, the four immeasurables, and the recitation of the Hundred Syllable Mantra, they then, from the light of the seed syllable at the heart of their self-visualization as the deity, invite the guru and the mandala deities. They perform the seven-branch practice, including prostration and offerings, accumulate merit, and send the field of merit back or absorb it into themselves, purifying it with Svabhava (emptiness). From the state of emptiness, on a lotus and corpse seat, and a sun disc, the mind itself appears as a red Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,literal meaning:വം). From it, light radiates, accomplishing the two benefits. Gathering back, it completely transforms, and one's self becomes Vajrayogini, with a red body, naked, adorned with bone ornaments, holding a curved knife and khatvanga, standing in a dancing posture. She is adorned with a crown of dry skulls and a necklace of wet skulls, wrathful, with three eyes, hair standing on end, and residing within a mass of flames. Visualize at her heart, on a lotus and sun disc, the syllable Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,literal meaning:വം) surrounded by the mantra. From that, light radiates, inviting the wisdom being, which merges into oneself. Again, light radiates, inviting the empowerment deities. Receiving empowerment, nectar fills the body. Visualize the stream of water swirling at the crown of the head, adorned with Vairochana as a headdress. In this practice, it is also acceptable to invite the wisdom being and empowerment deities together, as in the inner practice. Then, meditate as much as possible on the deity's form being clear and without conceptualization. From the seed syllable Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,literal meaning:വം), red light radiates, filling the body. Diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations are purified. Light radiates outwards, transforming the outer world into a palace of the Dharmadhatu and the inner beings into the form of the yidam. All Buddhas are invited to appear in the form of the yidam. Merging into the seed syllable Vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,literal meaning:വം), recite: Om Om Om, Sarva Buddha Dakiniye, Vajra Varni.
