Yes. However, it is not uncontaminated, but arises from a part of meditative concentration. In this way, what is the difference between this and the Sutras? However, the lamas consider these as the qualities of the winds, that is, making the left nostril the moon and the right nostril the sun, uniting the five winds and one element, uniting the sun, moon, and sky into a bindu, and naming it the quality of the earth wind, etc. What contradiction is there in this? In this way, those with wrong views cannot understand these qualities. In the Ornament of the Sutras, it is also extensively said, "Obtaining direct perception from meditative concentration," etc., enough of elaboration. In brief, by binding the channels, winds, bindus, and essential points of the mind, the result of the path of joining from the great accumulation path will definitely be achieved. As it is said in the Karma chapter, "After achieving the ability to observe and perform miracles, the wise should lead beings to enter." And, "Through the practice of six months of meditation, it will definitely be achieved, there is no doubt about this." Since it says so, who would doubt it? When the one hundred and eighteen winds of discursive thoughts are purified and the bindu becomes stable, without interruption between sleep, dreams, and daytime, all is realized as illusion, and when it is in accordance with all supreme qualities, it becomes the supreme Dharma, there is no doubt about this, because it is said in all the tantras and commentaries. This is the ultimate worldly result. Then, the second is the transcendental result, which is the name of the gradual unraveling of the channel knots in the central channel within, and one hundred and eighteen winds, each joy, each emptiness, each compassion, each immovable bindu, and the way in which discursive thoughts are transformed into wisdom, from great joy to the cloud of Dharma will be achieved, here there is fear of writing. When 21,600 winds cease, all the channels are unraveled, and the bindu is endowed with all supreme qualities, equal to space, the 84,000 discursive thoughts are transformed into pure wisdom, that is called Buddha. At that time, the ordinary appearance of waking, together with the six consciousnesses and their retinue, is the accomplishment of activity and individual realization.

Then, from about four fingers below the navel, it becomes one with the central channel. Regarding the color, some say to visualize the right side as white, the left side as white, and the middle as blue, but you can visualize it as any one color, that is, white. It has four characteristics: uprightness, emptiness, clarity. Visualize it like this until the mind is stable. Then, the practice and union with the bindu: First, visualize the location of the channel wheel at the eyebrow, triangular, connected to the Brahma aperture. There, visualize the nature of the wind-mind, the bindu white and shining, oily and round, like a medium-sized pea. There, visualize it becoming clear, accompanied by the sound 'Sem,' entering the Brahma aperture, and удерживать it there. Furthermore, in the central channel, at the root or tip of the secret wheel, удерживать the mind at whatever is convenient. Meditate in accordance with the breath, until the target is completely stable, and joy arises, and it appears as if directly perceived. When stopping and relaxing, gather it at the eyebrow. These are called the three practices. It is to stabilize the conceptual thoughts of the essence. If the mind is stable without conceptualization, the wind is stable. In this way, the rock warms up, producing warmth. In this way, joy arises. By not clinging to joy, meditation arises. Focus the mind on the target, and do not let it continuously wander. And so on, the second session from the Sutra. If you sweat, do not move your body, wipe it off. Make a small fire. If warmth arises, but joy does not arise, practice the two wheels of Tummo. Now, let's talk about some digressions. In general, initially, when practicing the channels, the stability of the mind and the way of looking are very important. If it is stable there, there is no difficulty with the wind. Joy and warmth arise naturally. If it is not so stable there, it is important to make the fire target smaller. If burning and dripping occur, there will be obstacles to the bindu, so shorten the session. In general, the key point of Secret Mantra is to transform the three poisons into the path. Because relying on Tummo to purify thoughts of desire, practicing the channels and winds will produce a feeling like the joy of desire. Therefore, it is very important to bind the key point of seeing its nature as emptiness without inherent existence. The obstacles of the bindu, even if done initially when the body is uncomfortable, are useless. Later, even if practiced for a long time, if it occurs, it is very important to take action. In general, among the five branches of the first dhyana, all the targets are investigation and analysis, which are its antidotes. One-pointedness is the nature of dhyana. Joy arises in the mind. Bliss arises in the body. Without clinging to this, from above to above.
