乞丐。 如新娘般保持仪态， 以端庄的举止， 一切行为皆与善法相符。 净化内外之障， 努力积聚功德。 隐藏功德，暗中增长。 无论何人贬低业果， 皆是对世俗方便的诽谤。 如折翼之鸟， 必定堕入恶趣深渊。 因此，微小的恶行也要断除， 微小的善行也要努力行持。 如是于善行之修行， 以不间断的精进， 稍得稳固之后， 将行为分为内外二种。 集会时随顺众人， 僻静处内修禅定。 内修禅定时， 在最初的行动尚未察觉时， 禅定证悟不断增长的， 行为要与体验相符。 修持不死的十 半之法， 五力也要依止。 不舍弃十半之欲妙， 舍弃执着，将其作为助伴。 田地的稻穗， 因水肥充足而生长。 瑜伽士智慧的苗芽， 因依止欲妙而增长。 不离无生之体验， 对任何事物都不执着地行事。 以集会行和自行的坦然， 以无二证悟摄持， 无所谓该做不该做， 随心所欲地行事。 以无二证悟的体验， 衣服无所谓该穿不该穿， 好坏都穿。 食物无所谓该吃不该吃， 干净肮脏都吃。 无分别智慧将会增长。 言语无所谓该说不该说， 如疯子般地说。 对任何事物都不特意造作， 安住于自然坦然之中。 不离法身的体验， 对任何事物都不执着。 自己的眷属或其他人， 无论做好事坏事， 刹那也不要动怒， 如木头般安住。 伤害心的事情， 任何时候都不要做。 如野兽逃避人一样， 恒时逃避人。 不以自己优秀而自满， 不对他人说他好他坏。 如骗子隐藏自己的缺点一样， 恒时隐藏自己的功德。 不要喜欢大人物， 恒时处于卑下的位置。 高低

Beggar. Like a new bride, maintain your demeanor, With dignified conduct, Let all actions align with virtuous Dharma. Purify inner and outer obscurations, Strive to accumulate merit. Conceal virtues, secretly increase them. Whoever disparages the results of karma, Is slandering conventional means. Like a bird with broken wings, You will surely fall into the abyss of bad destinies. Therefore, abandon even the smallest non-virtue, Strive to perform even the smallest virtue. Thus, in the practice of virtue, With unceasing diligence, Having gained some stability, Divide conduct into inner and outer. In gatherings, conform to the people, In solitude, cultivate inner practice of samadhi. When cultivating inner practice of samadhi, Before the initial actions are noticed, With the realization of samadhi constantly increasing, Conduct should be in accordance with experience. Practice the ten and a half immortalities, And rely on the five powers as well. Do not abandon the ten and a half objects of desire, Abandon attachment and take them as companions. The sprout of grain in the field, Grows with abundant water and fertilizer. The sprout of the yogi's wisdom, Grows by relying on objects of desire. Without separating from the experience of non-arising, Act without attachment to anything. With the openness of gathering practice and self-practice, Seize it with the realization of non-duality, Without saying what should or shouldn't be done, Let conduct be as you please. With the experience of the realization of non-duality, For clothes, there is no should or shouldn't wear, Wear good or bad. For food, there is no should or shouldn't eat, Eat clean or dirty. Non-conceptual wisdom will increase. For speech, there is no should or shouldn't speak, Speak like a madman. Do not deliberately fabricate anything, Abide in natural openness. Do not separate from the experience of Dharmakaya, Do not be attached to anything. Whatever your retinue or others do, Whether good or bad, Do not be disturbed even for a moment, Abide like a corpse. Actions that harm the mind, Never do them. Like a deer fleeing from people, Always flee from people. Do not be arrogant because you are good, Do not say good or bad about others. Like a cheat hiding his own faults, Always hide your own virtues. Do not rejoice in great people, Always take a humble position. High and low
