愿吉祥护佑！从今开始直至永远， 仅仅行持利他之事， 无论他人对我做了什么， 愿我都能无有不悦和沮丧，利益他们！ 愿我远离傲慢、自大、嫉妒， 自私、偏袒、宗派主义等， 不被不善的污垢沾染， 利益一切众生！ 不喜他人赞扬等， 不厌他人责骂等过失， 愿我以不费力的舍弃和慈悲， 不被贪嗔的污垢沾染！ 愿观世音菩萨的慈悲， 文殊菩萨的智慧， 金刚手菩萨的威力和力量， 全部在我身上圆满！ 愿龙树菩萨的甚深智慧， 萨ra哈的证悟， 毗瓦巴的能量和力量， 全部被我获得！ 愿我通晓所有密续的修持， 所有事业都能无碍成就， 成为拥有无数口诀的主人， 令所有空行母欢喜！ 一切法从何处来， 又往何处去， 不住于任何处，平等之义， 愿我 निश्चित（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）证悟，稳固，利益他人！ 为了无有错谬的利他之心， 愿我精通所有工艺和论典， 诗歌等无偏颇， 不被所有论敌所胜！ 愿我具备种姓和功德， 不错误的词义智慧， 力量、技能、勇气等， 不缺乏顺缘的集合！ 祈愿文终。 如今时代，修行者们， 虽然精通词句，却不理解意义， 普遍争斗日益增多。 实修传承的喇嘛和尊者们， 追随意义而修行， 彻底断除傲慢等， 证悟意义，圆满经论的意旨。 泰洛巴没有对那若巴， 说过一句法， 所有经论口诀， 全部在那若巴心中圆满。 因此我的这些唠叨， 与狮子跳跃等修持， 如果计算矛盾关联，就是重复的过失， 未经考察的胡言乱语。 对于应被自己调伏的众生， 认为这些或许有益， 为了不辜负存在的极限而写。 如果出现不符合经论教言的， 哪怕一句，也请砍掉我的头。 这个乞丐僧人的证悟境界， 在邦布托的岩石前， 被近侍马尔巴劝请而写。 为了来世，弥补罪过。

May glory protect! From now until forever, May I only act for the benefit of others, Whatever others do to me, May I benefit them without displeasure or frustration! May I be free from arrogance, pride, jealousy, Selfishness, partiality, sectarianism, etc., Without being tainted by the stains of non-virtue, May I benefit all beings! Without joy in others' praise, etc., Without displeasure in others' blame, etc., May I, with effortless equanimity and compassion, Not be tainted by the stains of attachment and aversion! May the compassion of Avalokiteśvara, The wisdom of Mañjuśrī, The power and strength of Vajrapāṇi, Be completely perfected in me! May the profound wisdom of Nāgārjuna's essence, The realization of Saraha, The energy and power of Virupa, Be completely attained by me! May I know the practice of all tantras, May all activities be accomplished without hindrance, May I become the master of immeasurable instructions, May I please all ḍākinīs! All dharmas, from where do they not come, And to where do they not go, Not abiding anywhere, the meaning of equality, May I निश्चित (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，certainly) realize, be stable, and benefit others! For the sake of faultless altruism, May I be skilled in all crafts and treatises, Poetry, etc., without bias, May I be invincible by all opponents! Nowadays, practitioners, Although skilled in words, do not understand the meaning, In general, disputes are increasing. The lamas and venerable ones of the practice lineage, Follow the meaning and practice, Completely abandoning arrogance, etc., Realizing the meaning, perfecting the intention of scriptures and reasoning. Tilopa did not say a single word to Naropa, All scriptures and instructions, Were completely perfected in Naropa's mind. Therefore, these ramblings of mine, Compared to practices like the lion's leap, If contradictions and connections are calculated, it is the fault of repetition, Unexamined, it is nonsensical talk. For those who are to be tamed by myself, Thinking that these might be beneficial, I wrote it so as not to fail the limit of existence. If there is even one word that does not conform to scriptures and instructions, Please cut off my head. This beggar monk's level of realization, In front of the rock of Pangbu Töl, Was urged and written by the attendant Marpa. For the sake of the next life, to atone for sins.
