This should be done accordingly. Except for a few extractions, it is best to continue with the four wheels themselves. If at that time, one feels that Bodhicitta cannot be controlled, then contemplate that through secret breathing, Yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:Dakini) gradually disappears and dissolves into Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Empty). Contemplate that the flame lifts Bodhicitta and dissolves into Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Empty), and that Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Empty) also remains in the sky about four fingers above the crown of the head. If even that does not prevent it, then tightly contract the secret channel with the outer and inner retentions, and recite a very long Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), and keep the upward-moving air retained. Strongly draw in the secret air, and do many small inhalations within it. Press the abdomen against the spine, curl the toes of the hands and feet, and tighten the ankles. Bend the neck and press the tongue against the palate. Roll the eyes upwards and focus awareness on the crown of the head. In this way, do the holding and guiding for seven or twenty-one times, etc., and like a lion shaking its mane, contemplate that the breath fills all the channels. Finally, do not think of anything at all, whether it be channels, air, bindus, etc., and let the mind be clear and without grasping, and remain equally in a state like the sky. After meditating in this way, the way pleasure arises is: the pleasure of the body becoming soft and elastic, and all sensations appearing as pleasure, is the pleasure of the body and channels becoming purified. The pleasure of the whole body expanding like cotton, like a tingling sensation, and moving quickly, is the pleasure of the air. The pleasure of the whole body expanding with warmth and burning, is the pleasure of the red element increasing. The pleasure of moving evenly and pervadingly, like the pleasure of forming an image, is the pleasure of the heat of tummo melting Bodhicitta. Here, the male pleasure of the three arising is the pleasure and pain accompanied by the strong force of desire, so it is somewhat difficult to control Bodhicitta. Female pleasure has less desire and pleasure-pain than that, so it is easier to control. And the pleasure of the hermaphrodite has even less force and pain, so it is easier to control. These are the melting pleasures of tummo, but not the melting pleasures of the air entering and dissolving into the central channel, which will be explained below. Second, in most cases of practicing the four wheels, etc., Bodhicitta does not actually move, so the four and six transformations of animals are sufficient. For those who easily melt Bodhicitta, some extractions may cause Bodhicitta to move. Because it is necessary to hold, guide, and spread Bodhicitta through the illusory wheels of bindus, the animal transformations

Then, take the changes of the four joys and the twenty illusory wheels of bindus as key points, and finally do six rounds again. Third, to bring forth non-conceptualization, there are two parts: generating the view of emptiness of reality and the method of cultivating the bliss-emptiness samadhi. First, in this case, in most of the guiding instructions, one looks at the nature of the previous bliss, the nature of mind itself, and the nature of whatever thoughts arise, and knows that all are free from the three of arising, abiding, and ceasing, and are emptiness. Then, one continues the original stream of mind and meditates, and when meditating on bliss, one cultivates the experience of inseparable bliss and emptiness, etc. This is only a brief summary because it is considered to be spoken to someone who has realization of the reality of the mind. Without realization, one cannot see the nature, cannot know that all is emptiness, and cannot manifest inseparable bliss and emptiness. Therefore, for beginners, it is also good to rely on the practice sequence of Tummo to gain the view of reality, and to speak in detail in order to gain certainty about the experience of the four joys of bliss and emptiness. For this, practice the previous objects of focus for half or two-thirds of a session. Then, keep the body posture as before, and actually practice the combination of gentle winds, without thinking about channels, winds, bindus, etc., and meditate on non-conceptualization. The method is that if the previous objects of focus are grasped and stable, then the mind is slightly stable. However, one seeks the state of non-conceptualization in various ways, such as using pebbles, twigs, etc. outside, and counting and filling the winds inside, and holding the mind without support or reliance. By tightening and loosening, one accomplishes the faultless and stable Shamatha of no characteristics. Then, from that state, look at the nature of the mind, examine the shape, color, place, support, recognition, changes, etc., and while the nature of the mind has no recognition, cut off the superimposition on the clear and empty clarity of self-awareness. Similarly, examine the flow of thoughts and the arising gate of appearances, and cut off the superimposition on the empty movement of thoughts without recognition and the empty appearance of appearances. Then, cut off the root of the three of the place of arising, abiding, and ceasing of the mind's abiding and movement, and generate the experience that whatever arises is the unborn awareness, and recognize the three co-emergent ones.
