Swallowing saliva as if drinking alcohol, pressing the upper wind below the navel and exhausting the essence. The lower wind is also drawn in fiercely. The intermediate wind is directly combined with eight fillings. The filled wind is repeatedly inhaled upwards, and the lower wind is rolled up, repeatedly swallowing saliva, and accompanied by hip clapping, squeezing as much as possible to the right, left, and center. When it is impossible, first inhale as much as possible inward once. Then slightly lift the anus and exhale all the remaining air, which is the combination of four fierce winds. At that time, when exhaling, the lama of the crown chakra suddenly appears in the sky about one cubit high, and diseases and evil spirits are expelled. When inhaling, contemplate the festival that gathers the merits of existence and peace, and the lama abides as before. Practicing in this way, with each breath, the central channel becomes as thick as a barley straw, and eventually, according to the degree of thickening of the barley straw, until the fingertips inside the deity's body, all the gaps in the channels are filled. From the outside, it looks like the deity's body, and from the inside, it is contemplated as the shape of the gaps in the channels. Third, the blessing of the guru's tummo: As before, clearly visualize the guru yoga on the crown chakra. From the central channel, slightly lower than four fingers below the navel, which is as thick as a whip, visualize Roma on the right side, red and with a white luster, as if it were born; on the left side, visualize Kyangma, white and with a blue luster. Both are three times thinner than the central channel, and the lower end is slightly curled, like the shape of the Tibetan letter "ཆ". The middle is as straight as the central channel. The upper end curves downward from two fingers wide from the skull of the crown chakra and penetrates into the two nostrils. Visualize that the inside of the central channel, four fingers below the navel, is completely filled with the sun mandala, on which the root guru has the attire of an accomplished one, one cubit high. The right hand holds a vajra pointing to the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar. The feet are seated in the posture of a king playing. Visualize it as having the nature of fire, with flames flickering. Then, visualize the light emitted from the guru's body, emanating from the path of the central channel. Offerings to the noble ones. Returning for the benefit of sentient beings, merging into the guru, and deeply believing that it is the nature of the total refuge. Recite the common prayer, and especially: Guru Rinpoche, please grant me the bliss of tummo.

Please ignite the fire of Tummo! Please bless that the bliss of wisdom Tummo arises in the continuum! Please bless that the wisdom of co-emergent bliss recognizes its own nature! After praying like this, inhale the air, passing through the Ro-kyang channel. Striking the sun cushion and the image of the Lama, the fire that blazes from it fills all of the central channel and the Ro-kyang channel. Eventually, the three channels also blaze with fire, filling the inside of the body. Burn all diseases, demonic influences, sins, and obscurations. Then, gradually visualize from dwellings, valleys, villages, etc., down to all the realms of the world, also blazing as a single flame, and combine it with wind practice. During the session, visualize the Lama, together with the seat, dissolving into light, pervading and equally merging into the three channels and the entire body, and then rest in a state of non-attachment. Even during the breaks between sessions, whatever appears, such as food, clothing, dwellings, etc., clearly visualize them as the essence of the Lama, in the form of fire, and enjoy them. It is said that if each of these paths above is thoroughly mastered, then the visualizations below will hit the point and no obstacles will arise, so it is very important. Second, regarding the inner Tummo, there are three. First, abiding in one main channel, for beginners, the obstacles are slightly greater, so it is not practiced here. Second, relying on the three channels: The three channels appear clearly as before, in the central channel below the navel, visualize the red essence of the element, the red A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), with a thin root pointing downwards. In the Brahma aperture, visualize the white essence of the element, the white Hum (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), with its head pointing downwards. Pray to the Lama at the crown of the head, and inhale the air, passing through the Ro-kyang channel. When it strikes the A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), the fire is about to blaze. When the fire blazes, it fills below the navel. From it, a thin flame, about the size of a horse's tail, is emitted. It touches the Hum (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown of the head. Bodhicitta descends like a torrential rain. It fills the inside of the central channel, four fingers above the heart. And from it, the essence of the bindu, about the size of hail, arises. When it touches the A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), the fire blazes more intensely, do not allow the bindu to descend four fingers below the heart. Visualize that the power of the above Bodhicitta is increasing, and the fire will not blaze, practice separately in conjunction with wind practice. Finally, focus on the blazing and dripping of the navel and heart, and maintain the state of union. During the session, place both hands on the knees, tilt the mouth to the right, and place the right foot on the cushion.
