All phenomena of the environment and beings appear as a supremely joyful Pure land, in the center of which the root guru, Akshobhya, is surrounded by countless retinues. In their presence, visualize inviting them and offering the seven-branch offering, and perform the seven-branch offering. When the visualization is clear, resolve it as illusion and dream, as before. In this way, practice the skill of visualization in other pure lands as well. Third, training all dharmas as illusion: Whatever appearances of good, bad, or neutral arise to the six consciousnesses, abandon the thoughts of the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance, and connect them by mixing them with illusion and dream as before. Finally, realizing that both what is to be trained and what trains are without basis or root, rest in equanimity in the state of Mahamudra practice. This alone is condensed as the essence of the path and should be practiced, it is said. Third, measuring the extent of the path by the self-liberation of dream delusion: First, there are three preliminaries: a guru with devotion, a yidam with pure perception, and appearances with thoughts held by the iron hook of mindfulness. Here, the practice emphasizes the first of these. The way to practice this is as follows: During the day, view all the thoughts of appearance, sound, and awareness as the body, speech, and mind of the guru, and rest the mind in the state of clear light Mahamudra. At night, when going to sleep, after praying to the guru on the crown of the head to grasp the dream, sit either in the lotus position or in the lion posture. Visualize oneself as a yogini, and in the center of an eight-petaled red lotus in the throat, focus awareness on the essence of all the gurus and yidams gathered together, the red, radiant syllable OṂ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), blazing with light and accompanied by its own sound. Whatever appearances arise to the six consciousnesses, view them as dream appearances and fall asleep, so that recognition will occur in the dream. Based on this, gradually train in the main practices of training, increasing, transforming, emanating, dispelling obstacles, extracting the essence, and taking the path into life. In short, aspiration is most important for dreams, so it is crucial to continuously cultivate the mindfulness of illusion and dream in all daytime appearances, it is said. Fourth, cutting off the wrong paths of the path by the clear light that dispels the darkness of ignorance, there are four: First, the yoga of bindus: From refuge to the dissolution of Vajrasattva into oneself, follow the usual preliminary practices. In that state, visualize oneself as a yogini, with the body upright and the central channel running straight from the tip of the nose to the secret place.

In that place, it is rooted like a lotus stem. At the upper end, in the heart, on the sun and moon cushion above the diverse eight-petaled lotus, the nature of one's own mind, the guru, and the yidam is inseparable, a cluster of five bindus the size of a pea. The center is blue, and the four directions are complete with their own colors and self-radiance. In place of the central eye at the eyebrow center, there is a bindu the color of mercury, half submerged inward and half protruding outward. Directly above it, measure one cubit and one span upwards into the sky. In the pistil of the eight-petaled blue lotus, on the sun and moon cushion, is a crossed vajra of various colors. The white horn of the east is capable of standing, rooted on the cushion. In the sky above it, visualize the Guru Yoga as usual and pray to realize the clear light. After receiving the four empowerments, the guru and consort dissolve into light and pass through one's own eyebrow center, gently dissolving into the bindus in the heart. From these, rays of light like rainbows radiate out, corresponding to their respective colors. When the bindu at the eyebrow center is touched, it becomes bright and clear like a burning glass touched by the sun, and the light radiating from it touches the crossed vajra of various colors. From its center and horns, rays of light emerge, corresponding to their respective colors. Make the bindus at the eyebrow center and heart even brighter than before. Meditate on the emanation and absorption of such rays of light, starting from the inside and outside of one's own body and dwelling, and finally, the entire three-thousandfold world becomes clear and radiant. Trust in this and fall asleep without blinking. If sleep does not come immediately, start from the eastern bindu of the heart and hold the mind in a clockwise direction. Finally, focus the mind single-pointedly on the central blue bindu and lie down. When you wake up, visualize again and again, and gradually you will realize the clear light of experience and realization. Secondly, the yoga of letters: in place of the five bindus, in the center is the blue Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From the east, in a clockwise direction, the four Anuttaras are complete with the colors of the four directions. Thirdly, the yoga of hand implements: in the center is a white five-pronged vajra, and from the east are the wheel, wish-fulfilling jewel, lotus, and sword, complete with the colors of the four directions. Fourthly, the yoga of deities: in the center, visualize Akshobhya and consort, etc., the five families. Other distinctions of visualization are in the bindus.
