In the heart, is the All-Gathering Heruka. The two eyes are the essence of earth. The two ears are Vajrapani. The nose is Khasagarbha. In the mouth is Avalokiteshvara, Lord of Power. Vajra, completely removes all obscurations. In the heart is Vajrasattva. The elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, The five Tathagata Mothers are arranged. And Vajravarahi, the nature of bliss-giving, the body is red in color, with one face and two arms, naked, with both legs intertwined in embrace, holding a vajra skull cup, with hair loose and upright on top, adorned with five seals, pleasing to the father, the essence of great bliss and compassion. On the four petals of the lotus in the four directions: In the east, the blue Dakini; in the north, the green Lama; in the west, the red Chinnamasta; in the south, the yellow Rupini, with one face, four arms, and three eyes. In the two right hands, a damaru and a curved knife; in the two left hands, a khatvanga and a skull cup. Hair loose and naked, adorned with five seals. In the four intermediate directions, four skull cups filled with bodhicitta. Then, the mind wheel is dark blue, surrounded by a vajra garland. In the genitals is the non-good eye and the bird-faced one. Then, the body wheel is white, surrounded by a wheel garland. The white one who travels underground, the first pair embraces with a wheel bell. In the genitals is the powerful one and the wheel-powered one. In the anus is the jewel vajra Chinnamasta. On the two thighs is Hayagriva, the alcohol seller. On the legs is Akashagarbha, the armored one. On the fingers are Heruka and the extremely brave mother. All hold a curved knife in the right hand and a skull in the left, and reside in a dancing posture. From the Hum in the heart of the wisdom being in one's own heart, rays of light emanate. From the realm of inherent nature, the assembly of deities of the five-mandala wheel is invited to the sky in front. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisincatu Mam. Having prayed thus, the goddess emanates.
