First, the key point of the body: The body is in the vajra full lotus posture, the vertebrae are strung on a precious skill, the gaze is always wide, and the secret place is extremely concealed. The tongue is placed against the upper palate, the equalized hand seal is pressed below the navel, without changing the eyes and awareness, tame the wind and mind.

猛烈地收紧。金刚跏趺坐圆满成佛。如是说之义：右脚置于上的金刚跏趺坐。以等持手印置于脐下，以肘收紧上身。脊椎如堆叠的箭杆般竖直。视线始终保持开阔。下颚收紧。舌抵上颚，双眼看鼻尖或正前方的虚空，七支坐法要善加安立，请如是安立身之要点。如是安立身之要点。之后是风之要点。前行九节风是：从右至左，从左至右，从中央朝正前方，轻柔到人无法察觉的三次。猛烈的三次。收紧并呼出的三次，总共九次呼气。如是上师教导并呼出浊气。正行四合一的结合是：吸气、充满、压制和放出，共有四种方式。其含义是从体外十六指宽的地方，无声地从双鼻孔吸入是吸气。之后压在脐下。稍微收紧下气，保持封闭是充满。接近无法忍受时，小口吸气。先堵右鼻孔，再堵左鼻孔，均匀地堵住是压制。之后接近无法忍受时，从双鼻孔，先轻后重再轻地放出，如箭般射出是四合一的结合，请修持十次风息。如是与上师一同修持。之后是观想的要点，观想你们头顶上方，根本传承的上师们如阶梯般安住，以强烈的虔诚之心，一同念诵此祈请文。胜乐金刚，具德夏瓦日。热琼巴和绛央却吉扎。旃扎丽和弥庞白玛嘎。法王阿旺桑波之足。弥庞洛哲衮嘎伦珠及，却吉旺秋格勒谢贝之足。绛衮嘉瓦绛贝巴沃及，却吉囊瓦耶谢哲巴拉。祈请您加持脉气。加持身上暖乐炽燃。加持五蕴成就虹身。念诵十遍。如是祈请后，从胜乐金刚开始的传承上师们

Arrange the body posture in that way. Then, regarding the key points of the wind. The preliminary nine rounds of blowing are: from right to left, from left to right, from the center straight ahead, three times gently so that people cannot feel it. Three times forcefully. Three times constricting and exhaling, a total of nine rounds of blowing. As the teacher instructs, exhale the stale air. The main practice is the fourfold union: inhaling, filling, pressing, and releasing, there are four aspects.
