瓦塔，智格ra塔，玛德喀ra玛塔，玛玛萨瓦喀ra达雅，萨苏康，贝夏达耶，萨哈雅喀巴瓦图吽吽啪特梭哈。这样念诵三遍，观想令其满足。然后，嗡 阿 班扎布贝 扎地叉 吽 梭哈。度贝...阿洛给...根德...内威德...夏达 扎地叉 吽 梭哈。用五种供品和音乐供养。吽！薄伽梵怙主大英雄，如劫末之大火般炽燃，以发髻为头饰，獠牙紧咬，威猛可怖之身，身具千手，光彩夺目，手持敌杖、绳索、卡杖嘎、长矛，身穿极怖之虎皮为衣，向身躯广大、烟色、灭尽魔障者顶礼。吽！薄伽梵母金刚亥母圣尊，三界等其他方之敌无法战胜，所有鬼神之怖畏皆被金刚大母所摧毁，安住于金刚座，胜过梵天等自在者，金刚亥母，具彼形相之威猛女，于昏迷、僵直、迷醉之业皆得胜，降伏、枯竭魔之怖畏之母，向大瑜伽母、欲之自在者您顶礼。如是说。息灭对轮回和寂灭的贪执，斩断一切分别念的波涛，您虽如虚空般照见万法自性，然以慈悲之重水滋养，具足心之大海的怙主，祈请诸天女对我极度慈爱。如是祈请。嗡 希日 嘿ra喀 萨玛雅 等。念诵三遍百字明后，祈请：具誓海众，享用此供施朵玛，瑜伽士我等眷属，从...起，心中所愿皆得成就。同样，摧毁他方之军众，祈请令所有敌人皆被战胜。以此供施之威力，愿所思如愿成就。如是嘱托事业。愿一切众生无罪，愿一切众生安乐，与佛陀相遇之后，亦步入彼道，未度者得度，未脱者得脱，愿瑜伽士常住于正法誓言之中，当下即是。如是发愿。

Bhagavati Vajravarahi, the noble one, unconquerable by enemies in the three realms and other directions, all fears of elemental spirits are destroyed by the great Vajra Mother, residing on the Vajra Throne, victorious over the actions of Brahma and other powerful beings, Vajravarahi, the powerful woman with her form, victorious in the actions of causing stupor, stiffness, and intoxication, the mother who defeats and dries up the fears of demons, I prostrate to you, the great yogini, the sovereign of desire. Thus, it is said. Subduing the waves of conceptual thought that cling to existence and peace, although you see the nature of all things as like space, O Protector, whose heart is filled with the ocean of compassion, swollen by the heavy waters of compassion, may the goddesses show me great kindness. May all sentient beings be without sin, may all sentient beings be happy, having met the Buddha himself, may they also enter that path, may those who have not been liberated be liberated, may those who have not been freed be freed, may the yogis abide in the vows of the sacred teachings, right now.
