There is no result. Second, introducing the nature of reality has five points: Mahamudra has no cause. Faith and devotion are the cause of Mahamudra. Mahamudra has no condition. The noble lama is the condition of Mahamudra. Mahamudra has no means. Not fabricating the mind is the means of Mahamudra. Mahamudra has no path. Not being distracted in mind is the path of Mahamudra. Mahamudra has no fruit. The mind being liberated into dharmata is the fruit of Mahamudra. Third, training the path in suchness has four points: As preliminaries, with faith, admiration, and respect, practice guru yoga three times during the day and three times during the night. As the main practice, in the state of unfabricated mind, settle into the holding of non-distraction. As the concluding practice, recognize all appearances as one's own mind and train the skill of awareness. Based on the arising of experiences, until the mind is exhausted, diligently engage in meditation and practice. Therein, there are two ways in which experiences arise: unfavorable experiences and favorable experiences. The first is: Whatever unfavorable experiences arise, such as dullness and agitation, sickness, fear and dread, doubt, etc., recognize that all of these arise from meditation, and without abandoning them, settle into the state of viewing and meditating on suchness, and by meditating in this way, favorable experiences will naturally arise. Favorable experiences are: First, the experience of the mind abiding arises. Based on this, the experience of emptiness of essence arises. Based on this, the experience of gaining realization arises. Based on this, the experience of aversion to attachment arises. Thus, based on the way in which experiences arise, one should not be content with practice, but should be diligent. First, it is not enough for the mind to merely abide; one must meditate on the essence until it is seen. It is not enough to merely see the essence; one must meditate on realization until it is gained. It is not enough to merely gain realization; one must meditate on attachment until it is turned away. It is not enough to merely turn away from attachment; one must meditate until one's own mind is liberated into dharmata, and until mind is exhausted and phenomena are exhausted, one must meditate on becoming a Buddha. The Quintessence of the Heart, Mahamudra, the Single Path to Liberation, is complete. The authoritative measure of the correct word, the instructions of the dakini, abides. In the language of India: Āḥā pra maṇa saṃmya kṇā ma ḍākinī u

·pa de sha. In Tibetan: The instruction of the Dakini called "The Authentic Word of Authority." Homage to the great Vajradhara! Due to the difference in the intelligence of individuals, there are gradual and sudden approaches. The gradual becomes a potent medicine, while the sudden becomes a poison. The sudden becomes a potent medicine, while the gradual becomes a poison. Therefore, for those who have a foundation of practice, the sudden path should be taught. The reality of things is the path, and the order in which the fruit arises. The initial reality is twofold: the reality of the body and the reality of the mind. The reality of the body is taught as: coarse, subtle, and extremely subtle, to be known in a common, undifferentiated order. Above clear light is vast emptiness, from which various skillful means and wisdom arise. The five manifest enlightenments, as well as the channels, winds, and bodhicitta. The reality of the mind is taught as: possessing the nature of skillful means and wisdom. evaṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: thus) resides at the navel chakra of the body, that itself is the place of the body, great wisdom. Abandoning all conceptual thoughts, that itself is accomplished. Mandala, wheel, action, and freedom from the conceptual thoughts of wisdom mudra. Not thinking, not contemplating, not examining, not meditating, not considering, abide in the natural state. Just as from a seed, a tree grows; just as a tree, so it bears fruit. This is seen in all the world, this itself is the principle of dependent origination. The path is explained as twofold: maturation and liberation. Through the path shown by the lama, the disciple is completely matured. The Dharma taught by Vajradhara should be truly relied upon in two stages: the generation stage and the completion stage. Abiding equally in the two stages, Vajradhara expounds the Dharma. Initially, there are four or six. The five manifest enlightenments are the meaning of condensation. The manifest enlightenment of illusion of body isolation, mantra, and the three minds, one will understand the stages of union. The great mudra of action and wisdom, the samaya is clear light itself. Cause and meditation are to be obtained, likewise the fourth is spontaneously accomplished. Approach, near accomplishment, accomplishment, and the nature of great accomplishment are distinct. Gathering individually and meditation, as well as life force exertion and holding, mindfulness and samadhi. The eight stages are taught, tummo action mudra, illusion dream clear light, bardo transference
