་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཚུལ་བསྟན་པ། །མགོན་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དམ་ཚིག་དེ་ཉིད་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱང་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །སྐྱབས་གསུམ་དག་ཀྱང་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །ཐར་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་གྲོང་མཆོག་ཏུ། །མགོན་པོ་བདག་ནི་གཞུག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བྱའི་གཙོ་བོ་དམ་ཚིག་དེ་ཉིད་ཅེས་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ཁས་བླངས་དང་ཆོ་གའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བ་གཉིས་ཡོད་པ་ལས། ཁས་བླངས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བ་ལ་འཛིན་རྒྱུའི་དམ་ཚིག་ངོ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཆེད་དུ་སྡོམ་པ་བསྒྲགས་པ་འདི་ལ་གསན་པས་ཁྱབ་པར་གདའ་སྟེ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་། །འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིགས་དག་པའི། །སྡོམ་པ་བརྟན་པོར་གྱུར་པའོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང་། །བློ་ཆེན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གཟུང་བྱ་སྟེ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་གང་དེ་རྡོ་རྗེ། །ཤེས་རབ་ དྲིལ་བུ་ཞེས་སུ་བཤད། །སློབ་དཔོན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་གཟུང་བར་བྱ། །བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་དང་མཉམ། །འདི་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིགས་དག་པའི། །སྡོམ་པ་དམ་ཚིག་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་མོ་ལན་གསུམ་དུ། །ཟང་ཟིང་མི་འཇིགས་ཆོས་དང་བྱམས། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རྟག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་ཆོས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གཟུང་བར་བྱ། །འདི་ནི་པདྨའི་རིགས་དག་པའི། །དམ་ཚིག་སྡོམ་པ་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །སྡོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྡན་པར་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་བཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །མཆོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ནུས་བྱོས། །དེ་ལས་གཞན་ཡང་བཅུ་བཞི་ནི། །ཕས་ཕམ་པར་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བཤད། །སྤང་ཞིང་དོར་བར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། །རྩ་བའི་ལྟུང་བ་ཞེས་བཤད་དོ། །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་མོ་ལན་གསུམ་དུ། །ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་ནི་བཟླ་བར་བྱ། །གལ་ཏེ་ཉམས་གྱུར་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ། །ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་སྦོམ་པོར་འགྱུར། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྲོག་ཆགས་གསད་མི་བྱ། །མ་བྱིན་པར་ཡང་མི་བླང་ངོ་། །འདོད་ལ་ལོག་པར་མི་སྤྱད་ཅིང་། །བརྫུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །ཕུང་ཁྲོལ་ཀུན་གྱི་རྩ་བ་ཡི། །ཆང་ནི་རྣམ་པར་སྤང་བར་བྱ། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་ཕྱིར་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤངས། །དམ་པ་ཉེ་བར་བསྟེན་བྱ་ཞིང་། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཀུན་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱ། །ལུས་ཀྱི་ལས་ནི་རྣམ་གསུམ་དང་། །ངག་གི་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་དག་དང་། །ཡིད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་དག་ནི། །ཅི་ནུས་པ

祈请垂听！请示现大菩提之行，我寻求大怙主！请赐予我那誓言，也请赐予我菩提心。佛、法、僧，也请赐予我这三宝。在解脱的大城市中，祈请怙主引导我进入。如是祈请，所求之主要为誓言，获得誓言的方式有两种：通过承诺和通过仪轨。其中，通过承诺获得的方式，为了能够认识所要守护的誓言，因此宣说此戒律，听闻此戒律是普遍需要的。佛、法、僧，皈依三宝。这是清净佛陀种姓的戒律，是坚固的。金刚、铃、手印，有智慧的你应当受持。菩提心即是金刚，智慧即是铃。上师您应当受持，上师与一切佛陀无别。这是清净金刚种姓的戒律，是誓言。对于伟大的珍宝种姓，日夜三次，经常布施财物、无畏、佛法和慈爱这四种布施。外、内、秘密三乘，您应当受持正法。这是清净莲花种姓的誓言和戒律。对于伟大的事业种姓，应当如实受持一切戒律，尽力进行供养的事业。除此之外，还有十四条，被认为是失败的根本，不应舍弃，被称为根本堕罪。日夜三次，每天都要念诵。如果瑜伽士违犯了，就会犯下严重的罪过。你不能杀害众生，也不能不予而取，不能邪淫，也不能说谎。应当完全戒除一切烦恼的根源——酒。除了为了众生的利益，一切不应做的事情都应戒除。应当亲近圣者，应当恭敬所有的瑜伽士。身的三种行为，语的四种行为，意的三种行为，尽力而为

Please listen! Please show the way of great Bodhi, I seek the great protector! Please grant me that samaya, and also grant me the Bodhicitta. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, please also grant me these three jewels. In the great city of liberation, please guide me, protector, to enter. Thus praying, the main thing to be sought is the samaya, and there are two ways to obtain the samaya: through commitment and through ritual. Among them, the way to obtain through commitment, in order to be able to recognize the samaya to be guarded, therefore this precept is declared, and hearing this precept is universally needed. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, take refuge in the Three Jewels. This is the precept of the pure Buddha lineage, which is firm. Vajra, bell, and mudra, you who have wisdom should hold. Bodhicitta is Vajra, wisdom is the bell. Teacher, you should hold, the teacher is no different from all Buddhas. This is the precept of the pure Vajra lineage, which is the samaya. For the great Ratna lineage, three times day and night, always give the four kinds of generosity: wealth, fearlessness, Dharma, and love. Outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, you should hold the true Dharma. This is the samaya and precept of the pure Lotus lineage. For the great Karma lineage, all precepts should be held as they are, and the work of offering should be done as much as possible. In addition to that, there are fourteen, which are considered to be the root of failure, and should not be abandoned, and are called root downfalls. Three times day and night, recite every day. If the yogi violates it, he will commit a serious sin. You must not kill living beings, nor take what is not given, nor commit sexual misconduct, nor lie. You should completely abstain from the root of all troubles - alcohol. Except for the benefit of sentient beings, all things that should not be done should be abstained from. One should be close to the holy ones, and one should respect all yogis. The three actions of the body, the four actions of speech, and the three actions of the mind, do as much as possible.
