Join your palms together with flowers, and without letting your mind wander elsewhere, make this visualization: Understand that all phenomena are apparent but without inherent existence, like reflections in a mirror or illusions. Within this state, visualize yourselves clearly as Herukas, and beneath your feet, a blue wind mandala shaped like a drawn bow, generated from the syllable yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:wind), pointing downwards. The two consorts point upwards, marked by fluttering banners. Above this, with legs outstretched, at the soles of both feet, visualize the green syllable jhēṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:झें,梵文罗马拟音:jhēṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), intense and unbearable, and between the feet, a red triangular fire mandala generated from the syllable raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:fire), marked by flames. At the heart, a yellow square earth mandala generated from the syllable laṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:लं,梵文罗马拟音:laṃ,汉语字面意思:earth), with three-pronged vajras at the four corners, and at its center, hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). At the throat, a white circular water mandala generated from the syllable vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:water), marked by a vase with the syllable a (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). At the crown of the head, a wind mandala like thick smoke generated from the syllable yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:wind), marked by the syllable haḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:हः,梵文罗马拟音:haḥ,汉语字面意思:Hah). Generate devotion, thinking that the teacher is the actual Vajrasattva. As rays of light radiate from the teacher's heart, they strike the wind beneath your feet, causing the wind to stir and ignite a fire at the trijunction. The jhēṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:झें,梵文罗马拟音:jhēṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at the soles of the feet blazes with fire, entering through the two channels and gathering at the trijunction, burning intensely and scorching the earth at the heart. This boils the water at the throat, and droplets fall onto the earth at the heart. Then, the wind beneath the feet lifts upwards. The wind at the crown of the head presses downwards, causing it to sway in the space between. At that time, rays of light radiate from the teacher's heart. Visualize that all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, like a heavy snowfall, seep into you through the pores of your skin. Ring the vajra bell and recite: hūṃ a ha jhēṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,अ,ह,झें,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ a ha jhēṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum A Ha Seed Syllable), and āveśaya staṃ bhāya staṃ bhāya, ra ra ra ra, cala ya cala ya, hūṃ a ha jhēṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:आवेशय स्तं भाय स्तं भाय,र र र र,चल य चल य,हूँ,अ,ह,झें,梵文罗马拟音:āveśaya staṃ bhāya staṃ bhāya,ra ra ra ra,cala ya cala ya,hūṃ a ha jhēṃ,汉语字面意思:Invoke, Stabilize, Stabilize, Ra Ra Ra Ra, Move, Move, Hum A Ha Seed Syllable) many times, and play music and incense. During the empowerment, for the sake of increase, make this visualization: At the crown of your heads, visualize a noble lama in full bloom, with his hands in the mudra of meditative equipoise, and his legs in the vajra posture. Generate intense devotion towards him, and because of this, from the crown of your heads

Generate faith with reverence, and pray for the blessing of the lineage through empowerment. Thus it is said. Recite many root mantras, and perform incense offerings and music. Thus, in order to make the flow of blessings from the descended wisdom continuous, place a vajra crossed scepter on the crown of the head, and generate the faith of making it stable. Make it stable with "Tiṣṭha Vajra (藏文,梵文:तिष्ठ वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:tiṣṭha vajra,汉语字面意思:Abide Vajra)". The signs of descent are: when the body descends, it dances in the sky; when the speech descends, it speaks Sanskrit; when the mind descends, it knows the three times (past, present, and future), etc. Therefore, recognize these and make them the beginning of the path. Thus, in order to identify the descended wisdom with the supreme deity, the teacher should pray to the mandala: Abode of all the Tathagatas, glorious supreme city of Heruka, in this mandala of essence, I will introduce the disciples. The order of the divine lineage, and the order of merit as well, may it be so. Whichever vessel the lineage becomes, whatever merit there is in this, may it be so in this mandala. Recite three times. After praying thus, in order to examine the signs of accomplishment, you must all, with blindfolds on, look at the space above the mandala, and tell me what color you see in your eyes. Ask: What appears in your eyes? If you see white, it is pacifying; yellow, it is increasing; red, it is magnetizing; blue or black, it is subjugating; if you see green or various colors or mottled colors, then various activities will be accomplished. Thus, after examining the signs of accomplishment, the teacher praises with the understanding that all the deities are of the nature of possessing the three seats (body, speech, and mind): To the Vajra of hatred, I prostrate and praise; to the Vajra of ignorance, I prostrate and praise; Vajra of stinginess, grant to me; Vajra of desire, protect me; all great thoughts and jealousy, supreme samaya of all Vajras, accomplishing all activities, may all Vajra-holders please me. Thus praise. Then, offer flowers to the mandala: Here is the mandala of the Bhagavan glorious Hevajra, which is the sole wisdom of the perfectly enlightened Buddha, manifested only in the form of the main deity and retinue for the purpose of taming those to be tamed, but otherwise, there is no good or bad in its essence.

However, thinking, may it fall on the deity connected to one's karma. Om, Receive, Vajra, Hum)" and make the gesture of offering. Having meditated and offered in this way, determine the type of deity closest to where the flower fell, and then the teacher takes the flower and recites "Om, pratigṛhṇa stvaṃ imaṃ stvaṃ mahābala (藏文:ༀ་པྲ་ཏི་གྲྀཧྞ་སྟྭཾ་ཨི་མཾ་སྟྭ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ།,梵文天城体:ओम् प्रतिगृह्ण स्त्वम् इमं स्त्वं महाबल,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ pratigṛhṇa stvaṃ imaṃ stvaṃ mahābala,汉语字面意思:Om, Accept, You, This, You, Great Power)" calling upon the deity, and visualize that the deity also gives back a garland of flowers. Place the flower on the disciple's head and remove the blindfold. Om, Vajrasattva, Here, Your) migparṇi ni tvaṃ paraṃ kuru (藏文:མིག་འབྱེད་པར་ནི་བརྩོན་པར་མཛད།,梵文天城体:मिग्पर्णि नि त्वं परं कुरु,梵文罗马拟音:migparṇi ni tvaṃ paraṃ kuru,汉语字面意思:Eye-opening, You, Effort) cakṣuṣā sarva darśaya (藏文:ཕྱེ་བས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོང་འགྱུར་པ།,梵文天城体:चक्षुषा सर्व दर्शय,梵文罗马拟音:cakṣuṣā sarva darśaya,汉语字面意思:By Opening, All, Manifest) vajranetra anuttara (藏文:རྡོ་རྗེའི་མིག་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད།,梵文天城体:वज्रनेत्र अनुत्तर,梵文罗马拟音:vajranetra anuttara,汉语字面意思:Vajra Eye, Unsurpassed) he vajra paśya (藏文:ཧེ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤྱ།,梵文天城体:हे वज्र पश्य,梵文罗马拟音:he vajra paśya,汉语字面意思:Hey, Vajra, Look)" which means: Hey, Vajra, look! This is a word of encouragement. Visualize: "Look well at the mandala!" Again, urge them to look at the mandala: "The supreme city of great liberation, look, look, great bodhisattva! Wherever the flower falls, that is your Heruka. Look at this beautiful mandala! Now generate great faith! You are also born into the Buddha's lineage. Blessed by mantras and mudras. You are born into the lineage of yoginis. Uphold all vows, and also strive in the mantras." Thus say. Here is the wheel of the mandala of glorious Hevajra. The outer perimeter is a protective wheel consisting of a vajra fence, tent, and fire mountain, within which are eight great charnel grounds. In those charnel grounds are eight trees. At the roots of the trees are eight directional guardians. In the sky above are eight clouds. In those clouds are eight nagas. On the branches of the trees are eight field guardians. Furthermore, there are eight waters, eight fires, and eight stupas. Surrounded by eight charnel grounds filled with accomplished heroes, yoginis, demons, rakshasas, dakas, dakinis, corpses, and zombies, within which, contained within the dharma-arising, on the heart of a thirty-two petaled lotus of various colors, is a sun disc. Above that is the four-sided palace of great liberation, with four doors, and five layers of walls, black, green, red, yellow, and white, in order from the inside out. Above that is a yellow jeweled roof with nets and half-nets.
