Having descended and with great bliss-power, it is called the heat of the blazing bindu. Then, when guarding, bliss and non-conceptuality arise. As before, descend the bindu and meditate on that bliss and non-conceptuality. Guard with the extremity of widening. Cherish the two things of being able to keep secret. Guard against the bindu being lost. In the third instant, the joy of separation from joy, the bindu moves, and the heat of slightly rising upwards is also called that. At that time, if the bindu becomes difficult to hold, then completely stop the upward wind, or guard the bindu here with the six transformations, etc. If guarding is easy, then guard in the fourth instant. At that time, the rakshasa's path becomes stiff, heavy and swaying, and the bliss-power makes it contract. Excrement and urine, etc., sometimes do not come out, and sometimes they do. The tips of the hair stand up, bliss is inexhaustible, and when saliva and phlegm, etc., arise as appropriate, then the bindu has been seized. Like numbness, at that time it arises in the case of the lotus mother whose support is completely pure. Placing a cushion, etc., seek the root of the seized bindu. Since the three blessings have gone before, the vajra and the lotus unite. The two channels and the central channel unite. The bindu, sun and moon, unite. The downward-moving wind and the red unite, so bliss and emptiness are united in pairs, and samadhi arises when bliss is free from grasping. Here too, cultivate that samadhi. Guard with the extremity of widening and going forth, etc. Cherish the second thing of being able to keep secret, cherish being able to keep the bindu. If you guard against the six transformations from that, then the ocean dries up like Mount Meru, the navel is naked on the spine, the four continents are brought under control, the four limbs are contracted, the taste-root is placed in its own place, the tongue is placed on the palate, the best of the senses is placed above. Widening the eyes, straighten the fierce and long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the power of speech, and with samadhi, with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), draw Phaṭ with Hūṃ, offer Hūṃ with Phaṭ, like a bow and arrow, shoot and stop, and then tie the wind's belt, throw the lasso, and turn the body like a pestle wheel. By acting like a young child, it should pervade the entire body. In the fourth instant, the joy of being born together, stiff in the channel place, is also called the heat of the stable bindu. The six ways of guarding against loss will arise in the section on guarding against the bindu leaking below.

Therefore, it is not mentioned here. As for the concise path, the physical conduct should be done in a squatting posture, with the right hand as the sun and the left hand as the moon. Cross the knees and practice this way. Abandon. Huring Hutong runs forward, three times on the left and right. Exhale three times and inhale three times. Combine in the cycle and do it again. When the sun is at the third time, the last is also the same. Remember in your mind, hide it, and the powerful wind, like half the sun, hides and disappears into the gap. This is the combination. In language, in the main practice, bless with three equal givings, etc. The center, right, and left of the Rakshasa are all equal. After the bliss of the path arises, slightly restrain in order to grasp the bindu. The middle finger and ring finger should be pressed hard. Stare upwards with both eyes. In this way, the three key points of the body can grasp the bindu. Again, strongly recite "Bhashana Hahala" in the mouth. Blocking the breath above the body, also perform other wheels. This can also grasp the bindu. The above shows the two, descending and holding. It will become. When cutting off, roar like an elephant "Hik" and like a tigress "Hum Hum". The beast vomits, smelling like "Ha" and a fox "Hey". Guide sequentially from the navel, heart, throat, to the crown of the head. There, entrust consciousness, and spread it on the body with the sound of "hing hing" like the practice of liberation. Regarding this, four unskilled things will appear. If you dry up in the descending method and samadhi, if you are not skilled, the bindu will quickly diminish. If you are not skilled in the holding method, the bliss will be short-lived due to restraint. If you are not skilled in the four inversions, it will be like water and trees. If you are not skilled in spreading, liberation, vastness, etc., it will turn into disease. Regarding this, there will be four skillful antidotes. Skillful in slowly performing the descending method, like the walking of a turtle. Skillful in the holding method, the Rakshasa path of body and speech, restraint, etc., there are three and one changes. Skillful in inversion, like the elephant "hing" etc., there are four animal changes. Skillful in vastness, it is the mudra of liberation. Others, such as binding the wind's neck rope, etc., are like the vast path. For now, the instruction of the path is finished. The four joys of viewing the co-emergent wisdom are: the four joys depending on the order, the four joys depending on the place, the four joys depending on what is to be abandoned, and the four joys depending on one's own nature. Among them, the first is the joy depending on the order.
