Burning and dripping due to the subtle "ཨཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable). Focus on the white and red forms, and gradually combine the breath. Know that the rhythm is the same as before. Therefore, the visions gathered by heat are the five signs and the five signs of signs, totaling ten. Among them, first, taking the right side as dominant, smoke, dust, mirages, moisture, fireflies, flames, burning butter lamps, and cloudless skies appear. Starting from the sky, gathered by the left side, the sky reverses, darkness, rainbows, lightning, moonlight, and sunlight appear, depending on the visions and dreams. Cultivate all experiences naturally. Third, relying on the four chakras: being stable and pervasive, placing the body's key points upon them is the same as before. Then, also visualize the two functional chakras clearly. Then there is the navel chakra, with sixty-four petals on the outer circle, sixteen "ཨཱ་ལི་" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning:) letters rotating clockwise twice, and the "ཀཱ་ལི་" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning:) letters, excluding "ཧ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) and "ཀྵ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: Ka-sha), rotating counterclockwise. The inner circle has eight petals, the same as before, with all letters being red and facing upwards. Then there are the eight petals of the heart chakra, with "བྷྲཱུཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) and the other four in the four directions, and "མཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: मं, Romanized Sanskrit: maṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) and the other four in the corners, "ལཱཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: लां, Romanized Sanskrit: lāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable), "པཱཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: पां, Romanized Sanskrit: pāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable), "ཏཱཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: तां, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable). The center is like "ཧཱུྃ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable). All letters are black and facing downwards. The throat chakra has sixteen petals, with sixteen "ཨཱ་ལི་" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning:) letters rotating clockwise. In the center is the syllable "ༀ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning:), with all letters being red and facing upwards. The crown chakra has thirty-two petals, with sixteen "ཨཱ་ལི་" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning:) letters rotating clockwise, and sixteen letters from "ཀ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: क, Romanized Sanskrit: ka, Literal Chinese meaning:) to "ཏ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: त, Romanized Sanskrit: ta, Literal Chinese meaning:) rotating counterclockwise. In the center is "ཧཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable). All letters are white and facing downwards. Then, the tips of the wind-mother and sleep-mother meet, igniting the fire at the triple junction. Striking the "ཨཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) of the navel chakra, the nature of wind and heat runs from the right Roma channel, burning the letter elements of the heart chakra. Again, running from the Roma channel, burning the letter elements of the throat chakra. Again, running from the Roma channel, the "ཧཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) of the crown chakra melts into light. Descending from the left Kyangma channel, the letters of the throat chakra are restored to their original state and made to grow. Again, running from the Kyangma channel, the letters of the heart chakra are restored and made to grow. Again, running from the Kyangma channel, striking the "ཨཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) of the navel chakra, making the "ཨཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) burn more intensely, and entering the central channel.

Slightly open your mouth and go from the central channel like a beam of lightning, destroying the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the heart and the Aṃ of the throat without hindrance. Just by touching, a subtle stream of nectar flows from Haṃ, descending from the central channel itself. Gradually push the Aṃ down, from the throat to about four fingers above the navel, wherever the mind goes, combine the sight of burning and dripping with the appropriate wind. Let all experiences develop naturally. The rest is as before. The key to stabilizing the mantra is: place the body in a squatting posture, and other branches of meditation as you wish. Do the same. Then visualize your body as empty, and red fire filling the inside of the body. Do twenty-four counted and uncounted breaths. Control the time with the practice of breathing. Urge with the whip of food and behavior. Let all experiences develop naturally. Be sure to do four sessions. It is best to do it for three days. Experience quickly. Medium is five days. Slower than that. The slowest is nine days, and the visualization will shift. Experience is difficult to arise, then visualize red and black Raṃ on the soles of both feet. Then the flame emerges from the cecal vein and enters the main vein of the thigh. Gather at the secret place. Sharp. Tip. Fast. Violent shaking. The second heat is the visualization of the flame burning. Focus the rough spark fire on the flame. Everything else is as before. The two bindus. The fighting style is as before. The visualization of the wheel is as before. At the tip, there are four stacked bindus, with four sparks. From the fifth above that, flames are burning everywhere, in the same way as before. From the sixth above that, the flames are burning fiercely, in the same way as the previous breath, and from all places above that, flames are burning, in the same way as before. For all of these, let the experience develop naturally. The four insights of self-born wisdom do not depend on the conditions of afflictions. The five self-born samādhis, the seventh is that everything inside the body is the arising of self-born conceptual thoughts. Samādhi. Slightly unclear. The peaceful self-born samādhi. Clear and vast is the samādhi of self-born great wisdom. Clear emptiness is supreme. The completion without mixing sects is: various words. On the ground, one can understand the languages of the six realms and teach the Dharma in their languages. Gain control over Āli Kāli. What arises from that word is the supreme accomplishment. And it appears as it is said. Master various terms, such as the three pitakas, etc.
