The quintessential instruction on wisdom. The quintessential instruction on transforming qualities into increase through a path free from faults and doubts. The quintessential instruction on transforming cessation into true accomplishment by understanding the interdependent origination of syllables such as bar and kSha. The quintessential instruction, like the transformation of gold, transforming one's own body and so forth into the five kayas and five interdependent originations. This is called the quintessential instruction like resin. Called the "Spoken Sutra," just as one receives permission from the emanation body, it is called the "Spoken Sutra" because it explains many meanings in few words, elaborately explaining the meaning. In short, it is difficult to understand. The vajra words are the essence of the path of the three pitakas. This is the meaning of what should be written like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Now, regarding the seven meanings of the common path of samsara and nirvana, the first is the path of showing appearance as three. That is, impure appearance, experiential appearance, arising of desire, and pure appearance. Each of these also has three: what is the basis, what is the cause, and what is the appearance. Among these, the basis is sentient beings, generally included in the six realms, but especially referring to the continuum of a single person who has received empowerment but has not yet generated experience. It is established here. The cause is said to be the appearance of afflictions, but the appearance due to the power of karma and afflictive imprints is impure appearance. There are two types: one is illusion, where things do not exist but appear as common appearances such as the six realms; the other is the appearance of karma. Happiness and suffering appear separately, or like water, the appearance goes to emptiness. The basis is the yogi, of which there are three: the person whose body has become special, the person whose continuum is completely purified, and the person in whom experience has arisen in the continuum, such as awakening from karma. The five interdependent originations, that is, the first three of the worldly path, are incompatible with the latter two. Although the cause is said to be samadhi, it is implied that the senses are complete and not aged, etc., and that the mind and wind are blessed by the ten deities, father and mother dakinis, in the palace of the root syllables. The appearance of experience can be summarized by warmth and signs. From what is called the arising of experience, when it arises in the continuum, there are three paths: entering and eliminating, etc.: the path of entering and eliminating, the mind abiding in anything, the path of cutting attachment, and thereby also emptiness, the path of great enlightenment. Three unions. The three experiences are: body experience and illness.
