If you do not know, it becomes a continuous conceptual thought, or conceptual thought becomes the demon of meditation, turning into ordinary conceptual thought. Therefore, it is important to know that being skilled in means is very important, and to abandon the object in unborn emptiness. These are the three teachings on view. Now, regarding the three of meditation, it is said that the poison of meditation is removed through the three aspects of contradiction, aggregation, and faultlessness. Like that, even if the poison of view is removed, if the poison of meditation, which is the obscuration of knowledge and the eight flawed faults, arises, then through the three faultless aspects, the poison will be removed. The meaning of that is this: the nature of the appearance side is samadhi, however, both aspects of emptiness are flawed, covered by superimposition and denigration. Spontaneous arising has three faults: affliction, conceptual thought, dullness, and agitation, covered by dullness and agitation. Through these, one can recognize the afflictions that should be abandoned. Because it does not become an antidote, and because it arises similarly to ordinary afflictions and the faults of distinction, it is difficult. The first three, innate and very pure joy, are flawed, covered by desire, therefore becoming the path or cause of the three realms. The method for removing these eight poisons is the three faultless aspects: nature is union, contradiction and aggregation, faultless. Spontaneous great wisdom is clarity and emptiness, contradiction and aggregation, faultless. Innate and very pure, for the body of joy that arises together, the first to enter the body of joy, etc., is bliss and emptiness, contradiction and aggregation, faultless. One should also recognize that the eight faults are also samadhi, and through the key of adventitiousness, they become the path, these eight are completely the same. The three faultless aspects arise, and the poison will be removed. If the three faultless aspects do not arise, then the method of arising should be learned from the guru's mouth. Like that, if the faultless does not arise, or even if the faults themselves do not arise, one should rely on nectar. Regarding that, although there are seven ways, if summarized into three, they are the five nectars that generate the samadhi that has not yet arisen, and one each that increases what has arisen and removes faults, totaling seven. Among them, first is food: what should be abandoned is what is very salty, very spicy, garlic, alcohol, sour and spicy rotten meat, and rough food. What should be relied upon is the nectar of

That which is called "Constant Practice," slightly rely on garden onions. Haritaki (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར་), abandoned in milk, constantly chew. The method of boiling water and ghee is shown. If explained one by one, it is the oral instruction of Ba. Three fruits and honey, feces and honey, with these becoming the steps for accomplishing the mind of enlightenment, transforming into supreme nectar. In terms of conduct, what should be abandoned is fire and sunlight. Tiredness, dust rising, these should be abandoned. What should be relied upon is only the nectar of leisure and ease. Whatever of the seven types of wind instructions, will be shown below. Do Ba once. Whatever of the four types of Bindu Yoga, is a supreme meditation, in the previous chapter of Caṇḍālī. Transforms into. Not relying on mudrā is like the path of the third empowerment. With these, the samādhi that has not arisen can also generate and increase. Transforms into. The five nectars of the five pure elements. That which is called happiness is the method of extracting the essence. Where does happiness arise, do you want it to pervade the whole body? Or do you want happiness to pervade all appearances? If you want this, then you should suppress the right channel, release it appropriately from the life channel, and get used to it by slightly looking upwards with your eyes. The five senses not separated from deterioration are the means to eliminate faults such as unclear eyes. Wherever happiness arises, you should slightly place awareness on it. With any of these peaceful or wrathful guides, throw it towards the gate of the senses. Fifth, being separated from deterioration is the means to eliminate faults. From this, happiness and samādhi arise in the body, and faults can be eliminated, and unclear eyes can also be prevented. Thus, relying on nectar, samādhi arises, and then it is shown to abandon the pain of the channels and winds arising. There are three types: abandoning it in the place of the channel itself, giving it as a reward for the wind and abandoning it, and abandoning it with the sudden occurrence of warmth from the mind's experience. Among these, the latter two will appear below in the chapter on the seventy wind instructions. There are two types of abandoning effort: abandoning the effort of samsara, and abandoning the effort of nirvana. The former, in general, has six types of channels, such as: Dugu coiled channels like the heart, the navel like a rope tightened, a snake slightly twisted in the throat when there is no hope or doubt, an umbrella opened, the crown chakra like branches of a tree, the whole body
