May all beings be mindful of their parents, and may we dedicate and seal our aspirations with impartial love, compassion, and bodhicitta. We should strive on the path of the union of emptiness and compassion, the integration of the two accumulations. May I perfect the ocean of enlightened conduct through diligent effort in this essential Dharma practice, the heart practice of the Kadampa lineage, along with the deities and objects of veneration. This concludes the section on the six recollections of Tara from the Kadampa Four Deities instruction. Oṃ svasti siddhi (藏文,梵文天城体:ओंस्वस्तिसिद्धि,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svasti siddhiḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡,吉祥,成就). The wisdom wrathful illusory dance, Destroys the fearful four maras armies, I prostrate to the immovable protector, I will explain the general and specific instructions. The siddha's ancestral father, Saraha, taught the noble Nagarjuna, and the lineage passed down in succession, becoming the supreme heart practice of the glorious Atisha, known as the extraordinary Six Dharmas of Immovability. And the common instructions of the oral tradition are explained in detail here. There are three parts: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. The preliminaries are also divided into five parts: refuge and bodhicitta, mandala offering, Vajrasattva mantra recitation, guru yoga, and the yoga of accumulating merit. The first part has two aspects: taking refuge, which is to protect from the wrong path, and it is important to understand the meaning in your mind, and the object of meditation is: In the pure realm, in the center of a high and beautiful palace, on a lion throne lotus moon cushion at the heart of a wish-fulfilling tree with five branches, the guru is in the form of the Nirmanakaya of Akshobhya. In front is the yidam Akshobhya, to the right is Shakyamuni Buddha, behind is the scripture, to the left is the Sangha of the Great and Small Vehicles, and around and in between are dakinis and Dharma protectors, each with their main deity and retinue, abiding in front. I and all beings pervading space, with body, speech, and mind and faith merged into one, take refuge with faith. Recite: I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha until enlightenment is reached. Generating bodhicitta is to elevate the mind from an inferior path, and with great compassion for these sentient beings, generate bodhicitta. Remembering the good deeds such as generosity that you have done, recite: By the merit of generosity and other virtues, may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. The second is offering the mandala, which is the main condition for accomplishing enlightenment, to perfect the accumulations.

Then, in front of those places of refuge, which have been made into fields of merit accumulation, the mandala of offerings, beautifully arranged with good materials, is used as a cause. It is as if it arises from the power of aspiration to practice the excellent arrangement of the mandala emanated by the mind. All the body, possessions, and virtuous things of oneself and others in the three times are conceived as clouds of Samantabhadra offerings and offered. Like the thirty-seven heaps, etc., arrange as appropriate, and offer sprinkling fragrant water, etc., in fixed numbers. Finally, rays of light emanate from all the places of refuge, purifying the two obscurations of oneself and others, completing the two accumulations, and all sentient beings are situated in pure lands. The places of refuge dissolve into light in a clockwise manner, merging into the Lama. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself, thereby manifesting the uncontaminated body and wisdom of body and mind. Third, the Vajrasattva meditation and recitation: It is to purify the main factor of obstacles to the accomplishment of enlightenment, which is sin and obscuration. On the lotus and moon seat on the crown of one's head, visualize the Lama Vajrasattva, white, holding a vajra and bell, possessing the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya, with legs in the lotus posture, residing in the space of the light emanating from his body. At his heart, on the moon disc, visualize a white Hūṃ syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), surrounded by a garland of hundred-syllable mantra rotating to the right. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra in the manner of supplication, its essence being compassion, the wisdom of engaging with the object. Its appearance is a stream of white nectar descending, washing the inside and outside of the body. Visualize the purification of sins, obscurations, habitual tendencies, diseases, demonic influences, etc., in accordance with the common visualization method. Finally, with the supplication related to vows and mind of enlightenment, such as the Blessed One Vajrasattva, etc., pray for the purification of sins and obscurations, bestow blessings, and visualize dissolving into oneself in the form of light. Fourth, the Guru Yoga: It is to arrange interdependence in the mantra yoga. On the lion throne lotus and moon seat on the crown of one's head, visualize the root Lama Akshobhya, in the form of Nirmāṇakāya, as the essence of the union of all refuges, with intense devotion and longing. Recite the supplication of the body of all Buddhas united, etc., as much as one knows and is able. From the three places of the Lama, three rays of white, red, and blue light arise, merging into one's own three places, thereby obtaining all the empowerments and blessings of body, speech, and mind. Finally, the Lama dissolves into light.
