The recitation for the benefit of others' activities. The third is the practice of reciting and visualizing to save from the eight fears. Recite each one individually to stimulate the mind stream. From one's own heart-essence mantra garland, radiate light that matches the color of the respective fear being saved from, reaching the space between the eyebrows. From the tip of the light, emanate countless forms of each deity, pervading the sky, allowing all beings to breathe freely from inner and outer fears. Contemplate the absorption back into oneself, applicable to all. For each of the eight fears individually: The Lion Fear Savior Tara, with a lion face, bared fangs, and a tongue flickering like lightning, yellow eyes, red in color, yellow hair, making the gesture of fearlessness and giving at the heart, adorned with ornaments, thinking that beings are liberated from the fear of the arrogant lion. The Elephant Fear Savior Tara, with an elephant face, high nose, and bared fangs, a hanging belly, the color of smoke, the thumb clearly extended, both hands making a gesture of repelling, contemplate that beings are liberated from the fear of the ignorant elephant. The Fire Fear Savior Tara, red with a burning face, seven faces, seven tongues, hair blazing upwards, both hands making the lotus gesture, and adorned with all ornaments, contemplate that beings are liberated from the fear of the wrathful fire. The Snake Fear Savior Tara, black in color, with a crown of ten snake heads and disheveled hair, adorned with ornaments, both hands making the gesture of fearlessness and giving, contemplate that beings are liberated from the fear of the jealous snake. The Thief Fear Savior Tara, body green in color, face wrathful and frowning, hair standing on end, right hand holding a sword, left hand in a threatening gesture, standing adorned with ornaments, contemplate that beings are liberated from the fear of ominous thieves. The Iron Chain Fear Savior Tara, body red in color, right and left hands holding an iron hook and a rope, standing adorned with ornaments, contemplate that beings are liberated from the fear of the miserly iron chain. The Water Fear Savior Tara, body white in color, right hand holding an iron ring, left hand in a threatening gesture, standing in a peaceful form, contemplate that beings are liberated from the fear of the desirous water.

Meditation. Meditate on the Tara Who Saves from the Fear of Meat Eaters, seated in the posture of a bodhisattva, with a complexion like the kunda flower and the moon, adorned with ornaments. Her right and left hands make the mudra of supreme generosity and the mudra of granting fearlessness. Meditate on liberating sentient beings from the fear of doubt and meat-eating. For each one, recite the ten-syllable mantra with devotion and longing, as well as the two-syllable mantra "Tara Tara." Finally, say, "Tara, please be mindful." Secondly, there are also two types of inner recitation: common and special. First, the common three-syllable vajra recitation is: Clear away impure air, let the breath enter naturally without effort, visualize white Om While it abides, visualize red Ah When exhaling, visualize blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and count as much as possible. Second, the special vajra recitation of the ten-syllable mantra is: Clear away impure air, let the breath enter naturally, visualize the white ten-syllable mantra. While it abides, visualize the red ten-syllable mantra. When rising, visualize the blue ten-syllable mantra, and count. Third is the secret recitation. In general, the so-called end of sound is meditation, whether in the case of the above vocal recitation, or especially, focus on the sound of the ten-syllable mantra, like the sound of a bell or ting-shag, gradually disappearing, becoming finer and finer. In particular, visualize the beginning, middle, and end of the ten-syllable mantra as inseparable from the emptiness essence of the mind, the nature of the sound being equal to space. Thus it is said. The fourth root is remembering all beings as parents, which has three aspects: cultivating loving-kindness, cultivating compassion, and cultivating conventional bodhicitta. First, initially focus on the root mother, who is easy to generate love for, then focus on enemies, who are difficult to generate love for, and then focus on sentient beings pervading space. Also, recognize them as mothers, remember their kindness, and let the mind of repaying kindness precede. Combined with aspiration, may this mother be endowed with happiness and the cause of happiness. Combined with hope, how wonderful it would be if these mothers were endowed with happiness and the cause of happiness. Combined with a vow, I must ensure that these mothers are endowed with happiness. In this way, practice continuously until certainty arises. Second, if they are not endowed with happiness, it is because they have suffering and the cause of suffering. May they be separated from suffering.
