在具德上师的座前，蒙受深妙教导的恩赐之时，赐予了撰写记录的教令。我慧力精进低劣，虽然未能掌握圆满具足一切言教的法轮之一分，但又害怕遗忘，故而以尊者您所赐予的科判为根本，笔录时撷取了班禅阿旺扎巴和蒋贡根嘎索南的教导之精华，并按照具足杰尊卓莫之教导的词句和意义二者的体例，由庸碌之人云丹嘉措在八邦寺讲修法轮洲的座上，尽己所能地记录下来，愿此成为弘扬珍贵教法的因缘！吉祥增上！ 《窍诀宝藏》第四函，噶当四本尊教导之书，汇集显密道之精华。

In the presence of the virtuous master, when bestowed with the grace of profound teachings, the command to write a record was given. I, with inferior wisdom and diligence, although unable to grasp even a fraction of the Dharma wheel that fully encompasses all teachings, yet fearing to forget, therefore, taking the outline given by the venerable one as the foundation, in writing, I have gathered the essence of the instructions of Panchen Ngawang Drakpa and Jamgon Kunga Sonam, and following the style that includes both the words and meaning of the instructions of Jetsun Drolchok, Yonten Gyatso, an ordinary person, has recorded it to the best of his ability at the seat of Palpung Thubten Chokhor Ling, may this become a cause for the flourishing of the precious teachings! May virtue and excellence increase!
