Because of this, if it arises, from where does it arise? If it exists, where does it exist? If it ceases, from where does it cease? Observing its color and shape, because one knows it has no inherent existence, it is a suppression of happiness. If there were no such Dharma, one would think that suffering has arisen, and that something like this has happened to me, and the suffering would become greater and greater. If one has this mind training, in general, the root that causes all suffering is this clinging to self. You cling to the body, that is the reason, it is the reason for the aggregation of the causes and conditions of suffering. If one does not set up a target, the arrow will not hit. If one does not pile up a mound, the bird will not land. Similarly, if one does not cling to self, there is no reason for suffering to arise, but you yourself cling to self, that is the reason. Heart is content. If one does not cling to self, there would be no such thing. Does suffering exist in stones, mountains, rocks, sky, emptiness? Thinking like this, the suffering will subside, this is the end of suffering. Living alone is a friend to loneliness, if there were no such Dharma, one could not live alone, if one lives in a house, one desires to go out. If one lives outside, one wants to go back to the house, if one has such a Dharma, in general, the root that causes the suffering of samsara is this clinging to self, because one clings to something that has no inherent existence, one is put into suffering, so whatever happens, let it go. Let it go however it is. Thinking like this. These sentient beings of samsara, in general, are not those who will not come, they are all kind parents, so take the suffering of sentient beings into your own heart. Dedicate your own happiness and virtue to sentient beings. Meditating on these two by exchanging them back and forth, once one experiences the taste of it, short days and short nights are worth it, so living alone is a friend to loneliness. Being sick is a servant to sickness, if one does not have this mind training, once one becomes sick, one is dissatisfied with all the servants. Thinking, 'Let this person do better than this for me, I am very kind to this person,' one will faint from complaining. If one has this mind training, your sickness is not anyone's fault, it is caused by your own clinging to self. If one does not cling to self, there is no reason to be sick. If serving you when you are sick helps you, then from before until now, there have been countless times when you have been served when you are sick. This medicine It is impossible not to take it. It is impossible not to do this ritual. Did divination

Let all that remains disappear, whether or not liberated from samsara, now let "Thul" destroy it, may the heart be content! This clinging to self, let it be destroyed! If this is not destroyed, Buddhahood is impossible, the Buddha said. Now, contemplate that it is because you cling to your own body that this is happening, so that you will not generate pride towards others, and therefore you should care for the sick, the Buddha said. The essential points of mind training in the Great Vehicle, regarding the practice of body, speech, and mind: When suffering arises, take on the suffering of all beings; when virtue arises, dedicate it to all beings. Body and speech are like illusions and echoes, in the clear light mind there is no coming or going. Thus it was said. First, there are two: taking from the near, and taking from the order of life. First, contemplate that all the suffering of parents, relatives, and friends may now ripen upon me, and may all that suffering cease. Second, contemplate that all the suffering of hell may ripen upon me, and may all that suffering cease. Then, take on the suffering of all pretas, animals, asuras, gods, and all humans. When virtue arises, dedicate it; whatever root of virtue arises, may all my roots of virtue ripen upon my parents and all sentient beings of the six realms, may all sentient beings be endowed with happiness and free from suffering. Body and speech are like illusions and echoes, the body is like an illusion, a magician relies on the power of mantras and substances, casts a spell on the eyes of the spectators, and conjures up various illusions, although they appear, they are not considered real, and on the level of appearance itself they are not established, free from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation, merely appearances, use this to represent one's own body, through contemplation, contemplate appearance without inherent existence. Speech is like an echo, in a valley where there is an echo, a narrow gorge, the sound from the echo, in a distant place, in a solid place, if you call "Lhamo" (Tibetan, goddess) at the echo of Atse Mountain (Tibetan place name), it will respond as you call it. If you say "yes," the echo says "yes," if you say "no," the echo says "no." Merely an appearance, use this to represent this clear speech, contemplate that it is no different from an echo. Contemplate appearance without inherent existence. In the clear light mind there is no coming or going, in the clear light mind, there is no thought of "going here," there is no thought of "staying here."
