Rest in a state free from self-grasping. Afterward, if you wish to rise, dedicate the merit. Meditate as if dreams are illusory. The fifth chapter, relying on Torma. Sixth, practice mind training relying on the elements. From the "Entering the Bodhisattva's Way": May the great elements such as earth, be constant like the sky, and become the cause of various necessities for countless sentient beings. As it is said. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings. For that purpose, thinking of practicing mind training relying on the elements, visualize your own body, the flesh and bones dissolving into the external earth element. Visualize the blood and pus dissolving into the water element. Visualize the breath dissolving into the wind element. Visualize the warmth dissolving into the fire element. Visualize the body transforming into the four elements, which benefit sentient beings through firmness and stability. Benefit sentient beings through moisture and lubrication. Benefit sentient beings through heat and burning. Benefit sentient beings through lightness and movement. Visualize the sun and moon as your two eyes benefiting sentient beings, visualize sentient beings eating your flesh as food. Visualize sentient beings wearing your skin as clothes. Visualize sentient beings drinking your blood as drink. Then, visualize the sins and sufferings of sentient beings ripening upon yourself. Visualize all your happiness and virtues ripening upon sentient beings. Meditate on these two alternately. Visualize also taking the roots of virtue of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and ripening them upon sentient beings. Thus, visualize sentient beings being free from sins and sufferings, generating the mind of enlightenment, perfecting the two accumulations, purifying the two obscurations, and attaining Buddhahood. On the body of the four elements, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) seven times, visualizing it transforming into nectar. Visualize the nectar of wisdom descending from the hearts of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, filling it completely. Visualize all the nectar and essence of the thirty-three realms, Uttarakuru, and the realms of the world also filling it completely. First, offer it to the Lama and Yidam. Then, offer it to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Then, give it to the sentient beings of the six realms, so that they may fully enjoy all the nectar.

In between, contemplate. Through these, meditate on attaining the non-conceptual wisdom Dharmakaya. Thus, the body is offered to the Guru, Yidam deities, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas of the six realms, and no longer exists. The mind naturally abides in a state of no inherent existence, it is said. Continue the visualization and mantra recitation of the Yidam as before. Dedicate the roots of virtue. Meditate on dreams as illusions. The sixth chapter, which relies on the elements, is a mind-training practice. The seventh, called the mind-training of transforming the body into a wish-fulfilling jewel. As it says in the Bodhisattvacharyavatara: The wish-fulfilling jewel, the excellent vase, the accomplished mantra, the great medicine, and the wish-granting tree, fulfill the desires of all beings. As it is said. For the benefit of sentient beings, to attain Buddhahood, think of practicing the mind-training of transforming the body into a wish-fulfilling jewel. Then, visualize your body as a wish-fulfilling jewel, blue in color, with eight facets, of medium size, about the size of a thigh. Hang it on the top of a victory banner, offer it, and pray, causing an uneven rain to fall. Visualize the rain striking the ground. Again, offer and pray, causing an uneven wind to rise. Visualize the wind sweeping the ground. Again, offer and pray, causing a rain of nectar to fall, purifying the karma, afflictions, and ordinary flesh and blood of sentient beings, thereby generating supreme Bodhicitta, perfecting the two accumulations, and ultimately attaining Buddhahood. Again, offer and pray, causing a rain of jewels to fall, visualizing adorning them with jewel ornaments. Again, offer and pray, causing a rain of divine garments, Pañcalikā, to fall, visualizing clothing them. Again, offer and pray, causing a rain of uncontaminated nectar to fall, visualizing filling the entire world. Visualize nectar falling from the hearts of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, also filling the world. Visualize all the nectar and essence of the Thirty-three realms, the Asuras, and the world filling everything. First, offer the nectar to the Guru and Yidam deities. Then offer it to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
