Transforming into immeasurable forms, practice taking on the suffering of the six realms. Attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings. For this purpose, transform into bodies as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River, and meditate that all the sins and sufferings of hell beings fully ripen upon these bodies of yours. Meditate that all your happiness and virtue ripen upon the hell beings. Meditate on these two alternately. Also, mentally take the roots of virtue of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and meditate that they ripen upon the hell beings. In this way, may the hell beings be free from sins and sufferings. Generate the supreme Bodhicitta, complete the two accumulations, and meditate that they attain the bodies of gods and humans in higher realms. Likewise, meditate that the mentally-born animals and asuras also attain the bodies of gods and humans. In the human realm, transform into bodies as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River, and meditate that all the sins and sufferings of humans fully ripen upon these bodies of yours. Meditate that your happiness and virtue ripen upon the humans. Meditate on these two alternately. Also, mentally take the roots of virtue of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas

Dedicate the root of virtue. Transforming into as many grains of sand as there are in the Ganges River, taking on the suffering of the six realms, this is the third chapter. Fourth, practice mind training based on flesh and blood. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings. For that purpose, thinking of practicing mind training based on flesh and blood. Then, imagine your house filled with flesh and blood. Imagine all those who are fond of flesh and blood gathering together. Then, those who are fond of meat eat meat, those who are fond of blood drink blood. The head is taken by the Yaksha demon king, the feet are taken by the mother demon queen, and the middle parts are taken by the nine clans of gods, demons, and relatives. If the body is whole, eat it raw; if the body is not whole, cook it and eat it. Do your best, give it to them, and imagine eating meat and drinking blood, even crushing all the bones. Thus, give the body to them, and the mind remains in a state of no self-nature. Then, expand the mind, imagine that the inside of the iron fence, the entire valley, and even the entire world are filled with flesh and blood. It is said that if you want to get up, dedicate the merit. Meditate as if in a dream. The chapter on giving away flesh and blood, that is the fourth. Fifth, do mind training based on torma. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings. For that purpose, thinking of doing mind training based on torma. Imagine the outer world as a vast and wide precious vessel. Cut your body into pieces and imagine the vessel is filled, then recite three times Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and imagine it becomes nectar. Recite the names of the four Tathagatas, such as Tathagata Ratnaketu, and imagine the holy Dharma protectors, glorious protectors, and goddesses, etc., who have vowed to protect the Buddha's teachings, especially those who are fond of the white side, surrounded, and pray. 一切如来,普观,圆满,圆满,吽!), and imagine that the Buddhas and Dharma protectors enjoy it. May all sentient beings of the six realms enjoy this vast offering of torma, and may the continuum of myself and all sentient beings be filled with accumulations. Recite the words "the power of my mind", etc. Thus, the body is taken away and disappears, and the mind remains in a state of no self-nature.
