Just like that, let it go, relax and release! Like discarding vomit, let go without attachment. Like a leper's corpse, let go without need. Like an empty house after the owner's death, let go without attachment! In this way, since all phenomena are primordially unestablished, am I like an untied knot in the sky? Like being tightly bound by a rope of tortoise hair, I go and return, my own mind rising as a demon, bound by my own thoughts, suffering and confused, thinking in this way, I doubt it is illness. I doubt it is demonic possession. Hoping for the illness to be cured, and so on, all hopes, doubts, negations, and affirmations, let them rest in emptiness, and relax in the nature of reality. At that moment, the hungry ghost cannot bear it, making "tuk chom" sounds, emitting light, unable to bear it and pulling, calling out names. At that moment, there will be trembling, goosebumps, and distorted consciousness. At that moment, there will be two thoughts. Thinking that this is the way things appear, residing in one's own mind, one makes a decision in one's own mind and rests there. Thinking in this way, one will feel relaxed and at ease. Body and mind will gradually settle in their respective places. If one thinks that it is fierce, that "Awa" resides in one's own mind, then non-conceptual naked awareness will arise at that time. Therefore, if one analyzes the three—illness, demons, and oneself—with discriminating wisdom, that which has never been born is the unborn Dharmakaya. Because it is unborn, there is no reason for cessation, and that which is without cessation is the unceasing Sambhogakaya. In the space between arising and ceasing, there is no dwelling, so that which is without dwelling is the non-dwelling Nirmanakaya. In this way, that which is unestablished in any of the three times is without substance, and that which is without substance is the Svabhavikakaya. In this way, if the result of the four kayas is absent from the three—illness, demons, and one's own mind—then one should view that which is without substance as the four kayas themselves. In this way, one should know how to transform every arising thought into holding the four kayas in hand. One should understand every arising thought as a natural signal of the nature of reality. One should view all illnesses and demons as sources of kindness. This is called the pith instruction for recognizing the four kayas. It reveals the method of transforming adverse conditions into the path by means of the ultimate Bodhicitta. In this way, after cultivating the two Bodhicittas, or under their influence, one should contemplate this view of severing hope and doubt.

Well, this perpetrator is guiding me to practice the two bodhicitta minds, he is guiding me to grasp bodhi, I think he is really very kind. Furthermore, since such suffering results from the cause of sin and non-virtue, if you do not want suffering, purify the cause of sin. I think he is like admonishing me to cut off sin in the future, which is very kind. I think that this perpetrator has separated me from my relatives and friends, causing me to generate afflictions without realizing it, he is like reminding me, I must regard him as an emanation of the guru, and be happy from the bottom of my heart. In addition, this perpetrator has brought forward the suffering of being born in the lower realms in the future due to the evil deeds of my previous life, he is like saving me from the edge of the abyss of the lower realms, I think he is really very kind. So, he has done so much benefit for me, I think he must be a messenger of the guru and the deity, and regard the wish-fulfilling jewel as the most precious thing in my heart. See that there are so many merits in disease and suffering, and think like that. Therefore, even if you get leprosy, you can repay the suffering of the future. This life is only temporary, if there is no leprosy and disease, the various pleasures of this life will make the mind addicted and accumulate sins, which is like completely cutting off the spread of sins, allowing me to meet the Dharma, so as to obtain the essence in the body, think like that, and regard leprosy and disease as pure from the bottom of your heart, not false. In addition, disease and suffering are causing me to generate renunciation. Without suffering, there is no renunciation. That's what it says. It is eliminating all the afflictions in my mind, thereby accomplishing all the necessities of the Dharma, which is also very kind. Sorrow eliminates pride. That's what it says. It also leads to the root of the Great Vehicle - compassion. Generate compassion for sentient beings in samsara. That's what it says. Well, this suffering is eliminating all my suffering and accomplishing all happiness, so I think it is helping me. Just as the guru and khenpo show kindness by giving vows, sentient beings and spirits also show kindness by helping me achieve bodhi, so everything
