It's like saying that you have already grasped it and have two thoughts in your mind. First, when you are not familiar with it, meditate without disrupting the order. Once you are familiar with it, the mind does not necessarily have an order, and you can do as you please. You need to pay special attention to the number of objects of focus. That is to say, if you think from many aspects, the power will increase, just as the Holy Asanga said to the audience. Je Rinpoche also said this. We ourselves also know this. If a relative harms you, and you see many reasons, it is easy to abandon attachment to the relative. If an enemy helps you, and you see many reasons, hatred towards the enemy will subside, just as loving-kindness quickly arises. If an enemy harms you, you should also see if hatred will arise strongly. So, these are the objects of focus to be practiced. So, how should these objects of focus be practiced? That is, a wise person separates these objects of focus without confusing them, presents them clearly in the mind, and then makes them familiar. If you get used to it, it will naturally be clear in your mind. Clearly visualize and clearly manifest, so that you can fully enter. After presenting it clearly in the mind, if you maintain this state, without diminishing or forgetting, then you do not need to practice repeatedly, but completely integrate into this state. For example, when people talk about the palace of the Chinese emperor, if you do not forget it and keep it in mind, then you do not need to talk about it repeatedly, but it will always appear clearly in your mind. If you forget it, you must continue to present it clearly, the example and the meaning are the same. The Kadam Geshe Seton said, "The tradition of the Kagyu school abandons all other virtues such as the scholar's erudition, status, and preaching, and only takes the mind as the most important." Dromgon said, "Jowo Rinpoche praised separate observation over focusing on one point." Shang Tsa Rinpoche once grabbed Geshe Yunlungpa's hand and said, "I would rather die from a disease of the four elements than from the harm of non-humans (ghosts and gods). Because for the disease of the four elements, I can still endure the pain, but for the harm of others, I cannot endure it. And the harm of non-humans (ghosts and gods) has both. Therefore, I would rather be killed one by one without making any mistakes myself.

If a wisdom arises that considers even death not dangerous, even harshness not heeded, and is grateful for suffering, then there will surely be faith and patience in the Dharma. It is not enough to merely understand the literal meaning of these three qualities. One must repeatedly contemplate, measure, and ascertain; this is the path of practice. Rinpoche Nêu Surpa said: Thinking, 'If I die, if I die,' is not enough. One must rely on the guru's instructions and practice by counting and measuring. All of his words have a Dharma accent that is not found elsewhere; it is a characteristic mastered by the wise guru. People who understand such words are as rare as the edge of the sky. Nêu Surpa also said: Now, if one develops faith merely through words, it will be as if one directly sees impermanence in future lives. Such a Dharma as Atisha's has not appeared before, nor will it appear now. Seventh, practice should be непрерывно. Rinpoche Shavaripa said: Even if one contemplates the faults of the three lower realms extensively, if one does not contemplate constantly, one will engage in them as if driven by the sound of lightning. Beginners initially have faith, but they become lax with slight distraction. Young monks are like annual forced religious activities and wiping dirt with a conch shell. Rinpoche Potowa said: Therefore, one should earnestly contemplate each part of the words 'precious human rebirth is difficult to find,' etc., in various ways. Not just once or twice, but until the meaning arises within oneself. If so, all other Dharmas will naturally come. Moreover, one should contemplate with the harmonious conditions of friends, spiritual mentors, and place. Otherwise, it is not possible. Je Rinpoche said: For a leper with severed hands and feet, taking one or two doses of medicine will not bring any change. We have been afflicted by the disease of afflictions since beginningless time, so it is not enough to practice the meaning of the instructions just once or twice. Therefore, one must analyze all parts of the path with discriminating wisdom and strive continuously like a river. In the Confession Praise, it says: There, the mind is constantly in delusion, nourishing the disease for a long time. For a leper with severed hands and feet, a few
